On-screen text sets the scene for Dagr, clarifying that the unfolding film is video footage from an ongoing homicide investigation that professional filmmakers have edited. The opening footage establishes central characters Louise (Riz Moritz) and Thea (Ellie Duckles), best friends who are fame-seeking YouTubers with a huge following. The pair disguise their faces in order to make their videos, where they commit crimes such as theft and graffiti in the name of justice.
For their next video, the pair arrive at a lavish house where a commercial is being filmed. As the duo intend to steal fancy items to donate to the poor, they are unaware that the filming crew have accidentally awakened a druid demon from the past. What unfolds are strange occurrences which threaten their lives.

Earlier this year, we heard that Paul Dudbridge had directed a “period action thriller” called Fear the Invisible Man. That movie has since secured distribution, but a release date has not yet been announced. Since making Fear the Invisible Man, Dudbridge has moved on to directing another movie inspired by a classic horror tale. His latest film is called Frankenstein: Legacy, and 101 Films International is presenting it to potential distributors.

Restoration wit William Congreve opined that music had charms to soothe the savage breast, but in “The Sonata,” it has power to summon the savage beast — you know, the one usually depicted with horns, tail, and a pitchfork. This handsome horror meller set primarily in France benefits considerably from location shooting in cheaper, but picturesque Latvia. It’s Looks 10, Personality 4, however, as director Andrew Desmond and collaborator Arthur Morin’s screenplay doesn’t quite provide enough incident to properly milk its own premise, making for a supernatural thriller that ends just as it’s beginning to work up a sweat.
Opening on 11 U.S. screens Jan. 10 (simultaneous with on-demand release), it’s a watchable if ultimately underwhelming exercise. Downton Abbey has come and gone for another year, but fear ye not, as we still have the Christmas special to look forward to!
Last week, ITV confirmed that Julian Fellowes's period drama will return for a sixth series in 2015.
The Christmas special is most likely to take place a year later in 1925, so chances are that the sixth series will travel to 1926 - the year of the General Strike, the first televisions, the first British Grand Prix and Winnie-the-Pooh.
While it is not currently known whether this could be the final series, we have picked eight things that we would definitely like to see happen next year.
1. A quick conclusion to the Anna storyline
This will hopefully be settled by the end of the Christmas special, but, if not, we hope that Anna (Joanne Froggatt) will be back safe and sound at Downton by the start of the sixth series.

ITV has unveiled a trailer for the upcoming finale of Downton Abbey's fifth series.
The promo teases the changes that are coming to Downton, including a marriage and potential departures.
Anna (Joanne Froggatt) and Bates (Brendan Coyle) appear to be in a difficult situation as they find themselves in jail, while there appears to be trouble for Rose (Lily James) and Atticus (Matt Barber) at their wedding.
Robert (Hugh Bonneville) is also starting to deduce that something seems odd about Edith's (Laura Carmichael) obsession with her adopted daughter.
Downton Abbey concludes on Sunday (November 9) at 9pm on ITV.

While many of Downton Abbey's characters remain stuck in the past, Lady Rose (Lily James) has always been the constant bright spark to bring them into the 20th century, and now she finally has a serious love interest to join her.
Matt Barber joined the cast of the ITV period drama this year as Atticus Aldridge, the Jewish son of Lord and Lady Sinderby, whom she meets after bumping into him in town.
The 31-year-old actor has built up an impressive theatre credit list - including Pygmalion opposite Downton's Michelle Dockery in 2008 - and has since appeared in the likes of Being Human, Bert and Dickie and NBC's Dracula.
Digital Spy had a chat with Barber about playing one of the most pleasant characters on television and where his story may lead.
Is Atticus everything that he seems?
"I think he is genuinely the nicest man on the planet!
