Leah Erbe
- Music Department
- Soundtrack
Leah Erbe comes from a musical family and is the daughter of two
songwriters; she is genetically predisposed to write and sing, so it's
fortunate that she loves to do it. Leah writes songs about subjects
close to her heart, including bad breakups, professional wrestlers,
division of shared possessions, violent death, fraudulent psychics,
failures to communicate, petty victories, reclusive geniuses, letting
go, wasted potential, and the smug satisfaction of being alive. (Not
all at once.)
Leah's songs have been featured on "Dawson's Creek" and in several independent films, and will appear on the upcoming "Party of Five" DVD release. As a singer, Leah has extensive TV and film credits to her name, including the theme vocals for "Earth: Final Conflict" and featured vocals on the IMAX film "Spacestation." She has also provided backup vocals, live and in studio, for several bands in her hometown of Toronto. In her spare time, she enjoys playing keytar, dressing up as a zombie, and attempting to beat her friends at Scrabble. (Not all at once.)
