Skymed, Season One, was released last year to lukewarm reviews. The show was greenlit for a second season, and it has been out for people to watch and enjoy since January 11th, 2024. It’s a CBC show, and the second installment began from the point the last season ended, and it is an extension of the life all the nurses and pilots lead in the northern and colder regions of Canada by saving lives. Skymed Season 1 introduced the viewers to the characters and walked them through their pasts and jobs. While many had other aspirations, only a few of them were ready to quit the air ambulance to pursue their dreams.

There are plenty of medical drama series on American television. Gray’s Anatomy, The Good Doctor, New Amsterdam, Scrubs, House M.D., ER, and General Hospital are some of the popular shows in the United States in this genre. Skymed is a Canadian medical drama that aired on CBC Television in 2022 and has been renewed for its next season this year. This nine-episode series covers the lives of several nurses and pilots who work for a government air ambulance service in the northern part of Canada, which is covered by dense forest and whose population is scattered. These physicians and medical experts fly men and women who face several kinds of injuries, sicknesses, and ailments. There are several low-maintenance clinics in these wild areas, but most patients are taken to the nearest all-facility hospital in Winnipeg, Canada.

Wheel of Fortune fans were heartbroken on Wednesday (December 13) night after an inspiring contestant made it all the way to the Bonus Round only to falter at the last second, losing out on a big cash prize. The contestant in question was Nicole Bodie, a married mother-of-one from Tomball, Texas. As with all the players on this week’s Secret Santa Disney-themed episodes, Bodie is a self-confessed Disney obsessive who told host Pat Sajak she took a Disney cruise last Christmas. However, Bodie had a much more emotional connection to Disney, which she shared at the top of the episode. “Mickey was involved in your treatments, want to touch on that?” Sajak asked the Texas native during the introductions. “So I’m a two-time cancer survivor,” Bodie explained. “During my chemo treatments, I wore mouse ears to start conversations and bring joy to people going through a hard time.” Wheel of Fortune...

The new movie Mob Land, directed by Nicholas Maggio, is a crime drama that boasts of being a gritty piece of cinema but is actually a long-drawn cliche, with only a few moments that actually feel alive. Crime dramas are usually an engaging affair, but Mob Land proves that if a certain style or a stereotypical mood is given priority against the flow of the story, it will seldom work. The story revolves around Shelby Conners, who, after losing his job, agrees to his brother-in-law’s plan to rob a clinic dealing in drug money. The heist goes bad, and a hitman gets on their tail.
The characters in Mob Land are part of a philosophical debate about whether life in a small town is more meaningful or if the roller coaster ride of the big cities is the pathway to a purposeful life. The answers are given to us after a long,...

Two episodes of Fire Country in one week? What a treat!
In a surprising turn of events on Fire Country Season 1 Episode 12, Bodie and Gabriella shared a kiss that, even though we were expecting to happen at some point, we didn't expect to be that soon.
Two people were a match for Sharon's kidney, and both were close to her. Bode was more than willing to give his kidney, but Jake hesitated to reveal he was a match.
We saw Sharon return to work, and a new firefighter joined the station in a probationary capacity.
Fire Country Season 1 Episode 13 is expected to dive into some of those storylines, and we have spoilers for the next episode that are bound to make you wish Fire Country was on every night.
Bodie and Gabriella are not getting together … yet.
At this point, it has become predictable that they will not go steady.

Part 1 of “The Voice” live finale concluded Monday night, with five artists vying for the Season 22 crown. Blake Shelton has three hopefuls in bodie, Bryce Leatherwood and Brayden Lape. A victory by any of them would give the coach his record-extending ninth championship. Camila Cabello is represented by Morgan Myles while John Legend has Omar Jose Cardona. Gwen Stefani failed to coach any artist to the finals.

It was now or never for The Voice’s Top 5 on Monday night. Either they were going to sing so stunningly that they convinced viewers to vote them into the winner’s circle, or they were going to perform so… adequately… that they had to settle for runners-up slots. Which of Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, John Legend and Camila Cabello’s contestants sounded like they had a real chance of scoring the title? Read on. I’ll blurp out my thoughts, then you can hit the comments with yours.

As an eight-time winner, Blake Shelton knows how to advise undiscovered artists to a win on “The Voice.” On Monday and Tuesday night he will enter the season 22 finale with three artists competing. Among them is bodie, an alternative music vocalist that is unlike any artist Blake has won with before.

Tuesday night’s results show of “The Voice” semi-finals revealed that for only the third time in 22 seasons will a coach enter the finale with three artists in contention. While that feat is impressive, Blake Shelton should be worried because the other two times it’s happened — once on his watch and once on Adam Levine‘s — that coach lost. Team Blake will enter the Season 22 finale of “The Voice” on Monday night with bodie, Brayden Lape and Bryce Leatherwood all competing for the win, but history says they could be in danger and that Team Camila Cabello‘s Morgan Myles or Team John Legend‘s Omar Jose Cardona might prevail instead.

“The Voice” will crown its Season 22 champion on Tuesday, December 13 after the Top 5 take their final bows on the Monday, December 12 performance episode. Coach Blake Shelton has three artists vying to bring him his record-extending ninth victory: bodie, Brayden Lape and Bryce Leatherwood. Is the decade-long “The Voice” Instant Save curse about to be broken? If John Legend‘s Florida singer Omar Jose Cardona ends up winning Season 22 during the Tuesday, December 13 finale, he’ll make history as the first artist to prevail who was previously saved by social media users. Since the creation of the Instant Save twist in Season 6, none of its recipients have ever gone on to win “The Voice.” Britton Buchanan (Season 14) and Toneisha Harris (Season 18) came closest by each placing second behind their winners, but all of the other times the saved artist finished near the bottom of their respective finales.

As such, he’s also the winningest coach with eight overall triumphs for Jermaine Paul (Season 2), Cassadee Pope (Season 3), Danielle Bradbery (Season 4), Craig Wayne Boyd (Season 7), Sundance Head (Season 11), Chloe Kohanski (Season 13), Todd Tilghman (Season 18) and Cam Anthony (Season 20). Fans of Team Blake Shelton didn’t come to the rescue of Rowan Grace this week on “The Voice,” as she lost the Instant Save vote during the November 29 episode and was eliminated from the competition. This marks the first person to leave Team Blake since the live shows began three weeks ago. Will you miss Rowan on NBC’s reality TV show? Let us know down in the comments section.
Rowan, age 16, began her journey on “The Voice” with her cover of “traitor” in the blind auditions. She earned three chair-turns from Gwen Stefani, John Legend and Camila Cabello, joining Team Gwen. The Rapid City, South Dakota resident then won her battle of “Fingers Crossed” against Jillian Jordyn. She hit a snag in the three-way knockouts when she sang “Vienna” and lost to Kique (“Hey Ya!”), but Blake quickly stepped in to steal adopt her for his team.

So close and yet so far. Just shy of Season 22’s Semi-Finals, two contestants were eliminated from The Voice Tuesday.
Based on the poll that followed TVLine’s recap Monday, the unlucky duo was going to be Team Gwen Stefani’s Kique and Team Blake Shelton’s Rowan Grace.
