Range Media Partners on Wednesday announced its hiring of William Lowery and Shawn McSpadden, a pair of Nashville-based music industry veterans who will help it broaden the reach of label Range Music while continuing to work out of the Tennessee capital.
Lowery will serve as SVP of Partnerships and Business Development, focusing on business development ventures and content opportunities, with McSpadden to help grow the company’s already robust music division, talent roster and shared services department as Range Nashville’s first Managing Partner.

Lifetime's successful "Dance Moms" franchise is not only getting a spinoff with "Dance Moms: Miami," but its also getting a sister show: "Ice Moms." The network and "Dance Moms" production company Collins Avenue are developing the new reality show about the world of competitive figure skating.
"We've conquered the world of competitive dance with our hit 'Dance Moms' and have great plans to expand the franchise to Miami," Rob Sharenow, executive vice president of programming at Lifetime Networks, said in a statement. On the heels of ordering a spinoff of reality hit Dance Moms set in Miami, Lifetime is looking to cross over the franchise to ice skating. The network and Dance Moms producer Collins Avenue are developing Ice Moms, a new docuseries about the world of competitive figure skating.
