As we count down the final few days until the live series finale of Chelsea Lately, we're celebrating by looking back at some of the show's favorite and most memorable moments! In the above clip, Chelsea Handler pays tribute with a special montage featuring one of her favorite cross-dressers of all time: Chelsea Lately staff member Dan Maurio! "We have been retiring items from the show since we're ending on August 26," Chelsea announces. "And since one of my favorite things to see was semi-grown, married men in women's clothing, he's my favorite man that dresses like a girl!" Just when Octavia Spencer thought her days as Minny Jackson were over, Celia Foote comes prancing along! So, how did this little known actress/comedienne manage to score a role in the directorial debut of one of Hollywood's hottest screenwriters? Here's what we figure: Colonna is a regular panelist and full-time writer on E! Network's "Chelsea Lately" and Cody is married to one Dan Maurio who, coincidentally, works on... "Chelsea Lately." The two have also teamed together on Showtime series "The United States Of Tara."
Recently appearing on Marc Maron's Wtf podcast, Cody described the film as "a weird story.
