Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd may have tied the knot on Saturday, but it was not love at first sight for the Dancing with the Stars pros.
“I thought he was arrogant,” Murgatroyd told People in a 2015 interview of meeting her future fiancé in 2009 when they were both cast in the Broadway production of Burn the Floor.
“Okay, that’s a defense mechanism. I think she was in love with me at first sight and just doesn’t want to admit it,” Chmerkovskiy retorted with a smile to Murgatroyd. “No, I walked in the way I walk in and … it...

Isn't it dreamy?
Based on a comic book character, Marvel's Agent Carter isn't known for it's realism. But a dream sequence on Tuesday's episode will take the fantasy elements to a whole new level.
"Daniel, what in the bloody blue blazes is happening," Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) asks Agent Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) in a preview clip of the scene.
As the dream sequence – which is exclusive to People – continues, Agent Sousa, who normally walks with a limp, drops his crutch and begins a song and dance routine that sweeps Agent Carter off her feet.

Russell Crowe-Danielle Spencer Split: Her DWTS Partner Damian Whitewood Denies Being the "Other Man"
Damian Whitewood insists he isn't the reason behind the supposed split between Russell Crowe and Danielle Spencer. When news broke recently that the couple had apparently called it quits after nine years of marriage, rumors began running rampant that the hoofer's relationship with Spencer was to blame. The two competed on the Australian version of Dancing With the Stars earlier this year and the pair was later photographed getting cozy together in June. "I'm not the other man, never have been, never will be," Whitewood said during an interview on the Australian program Today Tonight. And while Whitewood pointed out "you can't stop a friendship forming when you are doing...

The father of singer Danielle Spencer has expressed his sadness at his daughter's split with actor Russell Crowe. It was announced on Sunday (October 14) that the actor and singer had broken up after nine years of marriage and that the split was "amicable". Danielle's father Don Spencer, who was once a children's television presenter, told Yahoo's Who: "I love them both and am naturally sad as any father would be in this situation." Damian Whitewood, Spencer's dance partner on Dancing with the Stars, has also spoken out about the situation, after rumours spread that he was the reason for the split between Crowe and Spencer. He took to his Twitter account to say: "'Wow! Sad and (more)...

Another week, another celebrity marriage falling apart. Doesn’t make it any less sad. Aussie paper, The Sydney Morning Herald have reported that Russell Crowe and his wife of nine years, Danielle Spencer have split up. Apparently, the rumors of the break-up started back in June as she was seen out and about with her dance partner on Dancing With The Stars Damian Whitewood. Whether or not that was indicative of trouble or not then, the deed’s done now. Crowe and Spencer have two sons aged eight and six respectively, Charles and Tennyson, and their dad wrote them a message as a part of a National Trust time capsule, five years ago, which read, “I know I will have brought you up to love your mother above all. You have no idea how much our lives have been blessed by you.” Ugh. We always hate writing about marriages splitting up.

More than 20 years after the couple met playing lovers in the 1990 movie The Crossing, Russell Crowe and Danielle Spencer may not have their Hollywood happy ending after all. Married in April 2003, the New Zealand-born Oscar winner, 48, and his Aussie musician wife, 43, are reportedly no longer together, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Crowe's rep has not responded to People's request for comment. The couple's apparent split comes after rumors of a rocky romance swirled over the summer. In June, Spencer was photographed out at a Sydney casino lounge with Damian Whitewood, her pro dance partner on season 12 of Australia's Dancing with the Stars.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports Russell Crow and wife Danielle Spencer are separating. The pair wed in April 2003, after starting a relationship 13 years prior on the set of "The Crossing."
The couple have been based in Sydney since their wedding, but Russell frequently makes waves stateside -- including being rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard off the waters of Long Island in September.
Russell has had his fair share of Hollywood relationships, most notably a public romance -- and highly publicized breakup -- with Meg Ryan during some time off from his relationship with Danielle. Rumors surfaced earlier this year of a budding flirtation between Spencer and her "Dancing With the Stars" Australia partner, Damian Whitewood. But Crowe and Spencer quashed the reports with a marital Pda session in front of the paparazzi.

Earlier on Sunday, the former Baywatch babe, who competed on the American version of the hit show last year, appeared at a press conference at the Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv with her dance partner, Australian Damian Whitewood.
She told reporters she had been planning a trip to Israel for many years, explaining, "My good friend David Lachapelle was just here - his exhibit is still up at the Museum of Contemporary Art - and he had the most fantastic time.
"We don't get to hear about all the wonderful things in Israel, and just looking out my window here at the hotel and seeing the beautiful beach, my goodness, it's gorgeous! I'm sure I'll be going back (to the U.S.) with raving reviews."
The Israeli Dancing With The Stars has already made big headlines - one of this season's contestants, Gili Shem Tov, has made history by becoming the first celebrity to hit the dancefloor with a same sex partner.
The openly-gay sportscaster has been competing with professional dancer Dorit Millman.
Anderson and Whitewood will perform two sensual dances on the show on Monday and Tuesday night.
While she's in Israel, Anderson hopes to meet with politicians in a bid to prompt a national ban on fur imports.

Pamela Anderson appeared to have had a little memory lapse during her post-elimination visit to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Tuesday (May 4) night.
Just weeks prior, Jimmy Kimmel asked Anderson about the sexual tension (which she acknowledged) between her and partner Damian Whitewood -- and if they were going to hook up.
"That would ruin everything," replied Anderson. "I kind of like the tension. There's a lot of tension. I like that."
But Tuesday night with Whitewood sitting to her right, she curiously seemed to have forgotten her previous admission (posted below). Kimmel pressed forward, reminding her that she said she would not have sex with her partner in order "to fuel the dance," and asked that since now the dancing is over, "What's the plan?"
"We can have sex," Anderson bluntly replied.

Pam Anderson eliminated from 'Dancing with the Stars'. Well, it looks like the ratings for ABC's hit reality series "Dancing with the Stars" is going to suffer a drastic drop in ratings. Why? Because on last night's episode, the guys' eye-candy, Pamela Anderson, was eliminated along with her partner (who I'm sure the guys don't care about) Damian Whitewood.
According to reports, several of the contestants are pretty bummed about Anderson's being sent home. "The show's losing a lot of sexiness," NFL star Chad Ochocinco told E! News after the elimination show.
Erin Andrews called her "one of the greatest people on the cast," adding, "She was just always so nice and it was refreshing to be able to tell people, when they asked what it was like to be around her, that she was cool."

Or, to put it more conventionally, the former Baywatch star has been eliminated from the series in its seventh week.
On hearing the news Pamela thanked her partner Damian Whitewood saying:
“Damian’s amazing. I just want to thank him – he taught me so much. I’m sure he’s going to be around for a long time.” Whitewood himself revealed that working with Anderson has been a dream of him. “You’ve been an amazing person to work with and so dedicated to learning how to dance.

And then there were five... The Ballroom Blitz has ended for Pamela Anderson, as she made her exit from Dancing with the Stars (TV) on Tuesday night. The buxom beauty waltzed right out of the competition when judges and voters decided it was time for her to take a final bow. The judges did, however, praise Anderson for her dedication and commitment to the task throughout the season, and gave her performance a 24 out of 30 on Monday night. It wasn't enough to save her though, when the viewers' votes combined with the judges' scores sealed her fate. So how is the former Baywatch (TV) beauty taking it? All in stride, with some genuine appreciation for the opportunity. "This has been one of the best experiences of my life -- and that says a lot. I've had a lot of good experiences" she said. "I'm really proud of the effort I've put into it.

Pamela Anderson has voted off "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, May 4. Although getting a score of 24 out of 30 for her elegant waltz alongside professional partner Damian Whitewood on Monday performance, the "Baywatch" star failed to collect enough votes from viewers to make her spot in the show save.
"This has been one of the best experiences of my life - and that says a lot. I've had a lot of good experiences," Anderson said as she gave her final speech. "I love everybody here. I'm really proud of the effort I've put into it. I've never been able to apply myself in this kind of way. This is a dream come true."

Pamela Anderson, who has been in the bottom two a couple of times, is eventually cut out of "Dancing with the Stars". Last night, the "Baywatch" babe was dancing the waltz with partner Damian Whitewood and participated in a cha cha cha group dance which used Lady GaGa's "Telephone". They were given 24/30 for the waltz and 27/30 for the group dance.
"This has been one of the best experiences of my life - and that says a lot. I've had a lot of good experiences," Anderson said after Tom Bergeron read the result. She went on, "I wish everybody well, all the dancers. ...I'm really proud of the effort I've put into it I've never been able to apply myself in this kind of way. This is a dream come true."
Whitewood then turned to Anderson and said, "You've been an amazing person to work with and so dedicated to learning how to dance.

Erin, however, was saved to dance another day with her professional partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, while Pamela and her partner, Damian Whitewood, were eliminated from the competition.
"This has been one of the best experiences of my life and that says a lot," Pamela laughed after she heard the elimination news.

Another week, another eliminated contestant on 'Dancing With the Stars' (Tue., 8Pm Et on ABC). Tonight, it all came down to a choice between Pamela Anderson and Erin Andrews. Only one of them could make the cut, and it was a tough decision for the judges.
In the end, Anderson was the one booted from the contest. The judges praised her performance, but didn't like her better than Andrews.
As she left, Anderson thanked everyone on the show. But she had special words of thanks for her partner Damian Whitewood. "I never knew that I could dance," she said, "or... I don't really know if I can dance yet. But [Damian] just helped me so much." (Read our full report from the 'Dancing With the Stars' results show.)

Los Angeles (AP) — Perhaps the most popular actress to perform on "Dancing With the Stars" has done her last dance. Pamela Anderson was ousted from the hit ABC show Tuesday. Judges praised the 42-year-old sex symbol throughout the season for her dedicated performances and convincing characterization. They appreciated the waltz she and professional partner Damian Whitewood performed on Monday's episode, giving it a score of 24 out of 30. Viewers, though, failed to keep the "Baywatch" beauty afloat. Judges' scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which celebrity is cast off each week. "This has been one of the...

Pamela Anderson takes her "Dancing with the Stars" pro partner Damian Whitewood down to the Canadian consulate in Los Angeles in an effort to help save the seals, and Hollywood.TV is with them! The former "Baywatch" star and Canadian actress is an outspoken member of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and is sending a letter to the Canadian ambassador to help stop the hunting of seals. "They killed 65,000 seal pups this year, and there's absolutely no market for them," Pam tells Damian. "We think that the Canadian government is subsidizing this for some reason." Pamela calls the Canadian seal hunt "the biggest embarrassment to Canadians," and adds that hundreds of thousands of seal pelts have been stockpiled, "[so] we're wondering why they're still continuing the hunt." Pamela adds that there's a ripple effect to this slaughter, with the overall numbers of polar bears dwindling as well since...

Len Goodman said, "You've got to work on firming up a bit." Bruno Tonioli agreed, but he added optimistically, "You always get the characters right." Each judge awarded Anderson a score of 8, for a total of 24 out of 30. With Pam having one of the lowest individual scores, is it her night to leave "Dancing with the Stars"? In case you didn’t tune in to the show (or our great Live chat on HollywoodLife.com!) all of the remaining contestants and their partners were split into two teams. The first team — Pamela Anderson & Damian Whitewood, Nicole Scherzinger & Derek Hough, and Chad Ochocinco & Cheryl Burke danced to Lady Gaga’s “Telephone.” And man were they sexy! From Pam’s sultry intro to the team’s perfectly in synch steps to Nicole’s perfect footwork, Team Gaga Rocked! Watch!
The team received a much-deserved score of 27/30!
And then there was Team Madonna. Without Niecy Nash this whole team would have been a complete bore. Between Erin Andrews, who was too busy flirting with her dance partner/boyfriend Maksim Chmerkovskiy to pay attention and robot-man Evan Lysacek, this team was booooring.

Nicole Scherzinger, Pamela Anderson, Niecy Nash, Chad Ochocinco, Erin Andrews, the judges and Dancing with the Stars fans across the country are now on notice.
Guided by sultry partner Anna Trebunskaya, Evan Lysacek bounced back from a last-place performance a week ago and put up a perfect score of 30 Monday night.
Their Argentine tango sizzled so much, we're still cooling off.
Nicole was called the best dancer the show has ever had by Carrie Ann Inaba (not surprising, really, as she dances for a living), but it was Evan's show last night.
But the second scoring component of Week Seven, a team Cha-Cha Challenge breaking off the dancers into groups of the three, helped create a logjam in the standings.
Evan and Anna tangoed their way to a perfect 30.
Evan, Erin and Niecy were outmatched by Chad, Pam and Nicole in this new Dancing with the Stars wrinkle, which factored...

Judge Len Goodman showed some sparkle to the dance, saying, "Without a doubt, your best dance. I loved your performance. Well done." Judge Bruno Tonioli agreed that they were "brilliant," and judge Carrie Ann Inaba raved, "Erin, that was gorgeous. … You guys were really dancing as a solid couple."
