Lindsay Lohan is “bearing gifts” early this holiday season.
The actress is giving fans a sneak peek of her return to the silver screen in the first official trailer for Netflix’s holiday rom-com “Falling for Christmas”.
As the “spoiled daughter of the hotel magnate,” Lohan’s character Sierra gives viewers a taste of her pampered lifestyle- breakfast in bed anyone?
But, unfortunately for Sierra, it takes a nasty skiing accident for her to realize that a gigantic glitzy rock on her finger may not be what she’s truly destined for.
The trailer sees the hotel heiress embark on a journey to being remembered “for more than [her] last name” when she recovers from amnesia under the “care of a handsome, snow-swept lodge owner (“Glee”‘s Chord Overstreet) and his curious daughter.”

Abbott Elementary is (almost) back in session! ABC has unveiled the official Season 2 trailer for last season’s breakout comedy hit, which teases new challenges and plenty of humor for the educators at the titular primary school. Returning Wednesday, September 21, Abbott Elementary enters a new chapter for both its experienced educators and growing teachers. Janine (Quinta Brunson) is continuing to approach her job with the sunny disposition fans have come to know, meeting an all-too-familiar lack of enthusiasm from her peers and students. (Credit: ABC/Scott Everett White) Meanwhile, new full-time staff member Gregory (Tyler James Williams) is trying to find his teaching voice with the help of custodian Mr. Johnson (William Stanford Davis). Whether it’s going to be a successful lesson or not remains to be seen. As for Melissa (Lisa Ann Walter), she’s dealing with larger class sizes that seem to be taking a toll and...

The Goldbergs‘ ninth season has been steeped in drama, particularly when one of its core cast members abruptly left the series. Jeff Garlin, who played Goldberg family patriarch Murray exited the long-running ABC comedy following an Hr investigation and while his character makes brief appearances in single shots, there’s been some creative camera work at play. This has been noticed by viewers who commented online, prompting star Wendi McLendon-Covey, who plays matriarch Beverly, to respond on social media. (Credit: ABC/Scott Everett White) One viewer complained that “They should either cancel The Goldbergs or kill off Jeff Garlin’s character because the workarounds they’ve been using this season ain’t working,” on Twitter. The comment didn’t go unnoticed by McLendon-Covey who responded to Garlin’s exit publicly for the first time with her comment. Her responding tweet began with “Thanks for the great suggestion” to the viewer.

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for The Goldbergs, Season 9, Episode 1, “The Goldbergs’ Excellent Adventure.”] The Goldbergs opened their ninth season with a special tribute episode that was totally excellent. Following its pop culture-influenced format, the premiere tackled Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure as the family worked through their grief following Pops’ (the late great George Segal) death. Collectively, the Goldbergs are stuck in a rut as their grieving processes take different forms. In an effort to pull them out of their funk, patriarch Murray (Jeff Garlin) has his friend Bill (David Koechner) stage the delivery of a letter revealing that Pops wanted his ashes spread in a special spot. Hoping this gesture doesn’t involve going past his own driveway, Murray finds himself and the entire family partaking in a wild search for Pops’ final resting spot. (Credit: ABC/Scott Everett White) Along the way, the family’s own forms of grief are displayed, such...

More than fifty years after Mart Crowley’s play became an unexpected smash hit for putting gay men’s lives center stage with honesty and humor, The Boys In The Band returns to the screen in a new adaptation that reunites acclaimed director Joe Mantello with the all-star cast of the Tony-winning, 2018 Broadway production.

In 1968 New York City—when being gay was still considered to be best kept behind closed doors—a group of friends gather for a raucous birthday party hosted by Michael (Jim Parsons), a screenwriter who spends and drinks too much, in honor of the sharp-dressed and sharp-tongued Harold (Zachary Quinto). Other partygoers include Donald (Matt Bomer), Michael’s former flame, now mired in self-analysis; Larry (Andrew Rannells), a randy commercial artist living with Hank (Tuc Watkins), a...

“Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” ended last season on a surprise cliffhanger, making it seem like Rebecca would plead guilty to a crime she didn’t technically commit and spend time in prison as a way of finally taking some responsibility for her actions.
But as the CW musical dramedy is wont to do, the Season 4 premiere episode flipped those expectations on their head, instead digging deep into the reality of Rebecca’s situation — voluntarily staying in prison as a symbolic gesture to atone for her past misdeeds is definitely not brave and romantic or even morally good — and forcing its heroine to do the tough work of real self-improvement.
“That’s the thing, it’s not an easy thing to do,” said Aline Brosh McKenna, showrunner co-creator alongside series star Rachel Bloom, in an interview with TheWrap. “In the first episode, she’s thinking she can go to jail and do some...

These days, it'd be tough to find a TV wit drier than that of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's Heather Davis. The actress who plays the perpetual community college student, however, is anything but. Bright and bubbly, Vella Lovell is genuinely delighted to talk about everything from the Kardashian sisters' pregnancies to Mary Jane, the play she starred in at the Yale Repertory Theatre over the CW musical comedy's hiatus.
After more than two years of playing such an acerbic character, the 32-year-old actress is also eager to analyze just what makes Heather tick, especially since we'll be seeing more of her than ever this season.
Et chatted with Lovell at the end of September, when the cast was in the middle of filming season three's eighth episode, and she opened up about Heather's big musical numbers, the diversity on set and yes, all of that revenge she's helping Rebecca Bunch dish out to Josh Chan.

When Crazy Ex-Girlfriend returns for season three on Friday, there will be a lot more revenge -- but also a whole lot more Scott Michael Foster.
The 32-year-old actor was bumped up to a series regular this season, which means we'll be seeing more of what makes his character, Nathaniel Plimpton III, tick and even unravel. In the season premiere, we see a softer side right out of the gate, as Nathaniel finds excuses to see more of Rebecca Bunch, who is laser-focused not on her boss, but on getting revenge against Josh Chan, who left her at the altar in last season's finale. Nathaniel's icy exterior and narcissistic tendencies aren't disappearing entirely, his life will just be getting more complicated -- and set to music.
Et spoke with Foster as filming began on season three, and he was excited about Nathaniel becoming a bigger part of the drama.
"So far, it's definitely been revenge-centered...
