Sg Lewis has had a lot to celebrate. As he sits down for coffee at the Hoxton hotel in Brooklyn, he’s still reeling from performing at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the night before for the first time.
“Those things are always over in flash,” he says, noting that he’s still a bit “sore” from celebrating after the performance with his band. “There’s a surrealism where you see something so many times on TV and in popular culture and then you’re in it.”

The Britain's Got Talent live shows have started, and if anyone knows what it's like to take part in them, it's last year's winners Collabro. So who better to ask what they think of each night's show? Each day we'll bring you the verdict of a different Collabro star about the previous night's live show - and up first, it's Jamie Lambert.
"I think there was a general good feeling about last night's show," he told us today. "I was a bit disappointed by some of the acts. I don't think we saw the winner last night, but I think that the two that went through were fantastic and deserved to go through."
And if anyone knows how scary the live shows are, it's Jamie. "That's why some fall short during the semi-finals that were brilliant in the first audition, because it's just so much pressure to be on live...

James Smith and The Addict Initiative have made it through to the final of Britain's Got Talent 2014.
The public vote was won by Smith, meaning that he instantly went through to the June 7 grand final.
Meanwhile, The Addict Initiative and singer Jodi Bird faced the judges' vote.
David Walliams went first, stating it was "the worst part of the show", yet chose to save The Addict Initiative. Alesha Dixon followed suit, and called the decision "horrific".
Amanda Holden decided to put Bird through to the final, meaning that the casting vote had to be made by Simon Cowell. He chose to send The Addict Initiative through.
Before making the choice, he stated that he would be "unpopular" no matter whichever act he sent home.
Earlier in the results show, Holden had said she would eat her underwear if Bird did not make it to the top three this evening.

Britain's Got Talent singer Ed Drewett has said that he would be happy to carry on writing for One Direction even if he has a successful solo career.
Drewett told Digital Spy at the Ivor Novello Awards today (May 22) that he will continue to write songs for others as long as he is in demand
"Absolutely. I think that's something I'll continue to do as long as I live - writing for other people," he said.
"As long as I'm, hopefully, writing good quality stuff and people want it, then I'm happy to write for them. It's a great job and something I enjoy."
Asked if he hoped fans of One Direction and Olly Murs - who he has also written for - would get behind him on the talent show, Drewett said: "Hopefully, but I don't want it to be like, 'Everyone get on board'.

Britain's Got Talent fans this week fell in love with singer/songwriter Ed Drewett, a 25-year-old Essex lad who just happens to have written a number of pop hits, including One Direction's 'Best Song Ever' and The Wanted's 'All Time Low'.
Britain's Got Talent star Ed Drewett: 'No, Simon Cowell's not paying me'
When Digital Spy met Ed, we were feeling in a mean mood, so we set the aspiring singer a number of questions designed to make him choose between the rival boybands. Is Ed a Directioner or a Wanted man? Let's find out...
1. 'Best Song Ever' or 'All Time Low'?
"Oh God! I couldn't answer because I actually genuinely love them probably an equal amount - that's not me just being boring. 'All Time Low' started it and then 'Best Song Ever' was a massive thing to get.
"I have to say,...

Britain's Got Talent star Ed Drewett has hit out at conspiracies surrounding his appearance on the show after it became known that he wrote for Simon Cowell artists including One Direction and Olly Murs.
The 25-year-old stressed that he is "not actually connected" to Syco after admitting that he fears viewers "will start turning" on him.
"I'm not actually connected with One Direction at all," he told Digital Spy. "I never met Simon Cowell before any of the auditions.
"But I can completely see why people think, 'Oh, hang on, One Direction are with Syco, Syco do Britain's Got Talent, they must be paying him!' Not at all. It's just if someone wants a song, I'm going to give it to them, especially if they're One Direction."
On a potential backlash from Bgt fans, he added: "It's definitely something that I've thought about. It's an uneasy feeling [knowing] if it...

Well, there was certainly a lot of variety on this weekend's edition of Britain's Got Talent, wasn't there? From singers to pole dancers to doggy discos to puppeteers, if anything was going to show how many different acts you can have on Bgt it was this episode. But was any of it actually any good? Digital Spy rounds up all the action for you...
The Good...
La Voix & The London Gay Big Band: We quite liked La Voix at first, when she joked: "I'm sorry I was so late - I was having Simon's baby." Mr Cowell wasn't there for this audition (and he doesn't like drag acts, so that may have been a blessing.) This performance of 'New York, New York' wasn't a massive wow moment, but it's no doubt that they're all talented, so it was three yeses for them!
Ed Drewett: Ooh, isn't this going to be a controversial one?...

One Direction and The Wanted songwriter Ed Drewett goes for solo glory in this week's Britain's Got Talent.
The singer - who co-wrote 'Glad You Came' and 'Best Song Ever' and featured on Professor Green's 'I Need You Tonight' - sings one of his own songs for Simon Cowell and the judges this week, but will they be impressed?
Next up, dance group Mini Moves shake their stuff to a Little Mix tune for the judges.
They may all be stealing Marouane Fellaini's style, but will their moves be enough to see them through?
Finally, comedian Ricky K thinks he has what it takes to make the judges laugh with his 'Fairytale of Love' routine.
Will his mixture of dance, mime and a sharp suit be all he needs to find his way to the semi-finals?
Britain's Got Talent airs on Saturday at 7.30pm on ITV.

One Direction have premiered a new trailer for their 3D concert movie This Is Us.
