Although the launch of World of Warcraft Classic‘s Season of Discovery update didn’t go quite as smoothly as some hoped (try to be surprised), the update is finally here. With it comes an entirely new way to experience the “Vanilla” version of the legendary Mmorpg. Well…at least until Level 25. Subsequent Season of Discovery updates will eventually raise the game’s level cap, but we don’t yet know when those updates will be released.
Focusing on the “Phase 1” update, though, it’s already clear that the Season of Discovery update will not just introduce entirely new ways to play the game but make necessary improvements to many classes that previously struggled at earlier levels. While WoW‘s various Dps options weren’t altered quite as much as the game’s healers and tanks, the tier list for the largest spec pool in the game is already starting...

When it was released in 2022, The Russo Bros.' spy thriller "The Gray Man," based on the 2009 novel by Mark Greaney, boasted the largest budget of any Netflix film to date, costing the studio about $200 million. "The Gray Man" was a flippant action flick that starred Ryan Gosling as a skilled CIA assassin nicknamed Sierra Six, after the ultra-secret Sierra program that trained him. Sierra Six, on an early mission, learns from the now-independent Sierra Four (Callan Mulvey) that there may be some active corruption or malfeasance in the Sierra program, and goes rogue, searching for the truth. Six's boss Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton) hires the kooky, ultra-violent Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans) to track him down. Ana De Armas also appears as a CIA agent named Dani Miranda.
"The Gray Man" was reviewed generally poorly, fetching a mere 45% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The film, for all its expensive bombast and dazzling star power,...

Who would've figured that the arrivals of a faceless original character and his impossibly adorable sidekick would end up defining a significant portion of the course of "Star Wars" media in the last few years? That's exactly what happened with the debut of "The Mandalorian" on Disney+ streaming. Headlined by the titular "Mando" Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and the puppet formerly known as Baby Yoda, Grogu, the "Lone Wolf and Cub"-styled duo quickly captured the hearts of millions of fans and served as the gateway for exploring an entirely new (and familiar) corner of the galaxy far, far away.
But something strange happened on the way to season 3 of "The Mandalorian."
The release of the new trailer confirms that our heroes are now set on a crash course with Mandalore, the only place where Din Djarin can atone for his unspeakable sin of removing his helmet (as seen in...

One of the most productive indie filmmakers working today, Robert Machoian has kept busy making features and shorts, sometimes with longtime collaborator Rodrigo Ojeda-Beck, and sometimes solo. This year Machoian has two films on the festival circuit, debuting his short The Last Days of August (co-directed with Ojeda-Beck) and his solo effort the tense thriller The Integrity of Joseph Chambers. We spoke to him about his new films including The Integrity of Joseph Chambers which premiered at Tribeca and has recently screened at regional festivals including New Jersey’s Montclair Film Festival.
The Film Stage: You’ve been really productive the last couple years. We had a short film of yours at the Buffalo International Film Festival last year (The Wind and the Kite), you have a new short film this year we showed (The Last Days of August), along with The Killing of Two Lovers, of course, in 2020. How did Joseph Chambers come about?...

Chuck Norris movies are still a hit today like they were many years ago when they were produced and in case you’re thinking of which Chuck Norris movies to watch, stay with me as I walk you through some of the best movies from Norris.
Born March 10, 1940, in Ryan, Oklahoma, Chuck Norris is known for many things including martial arts, acting, screenwriting, film production, and of course, the many hilarious memes that have been made of him. The box office action hero shot to the limelight in 1972, after appearing in “Way of the Dragon” alongside the legendary martial artist, Bruce Lee. His outing in “Way of the Dragon” opened the doors for him to feature in several action films like “Breaker! Breaker!” in 1977 where he played the lead role. What followed is a career of over 35 movies before the actor called time on a very successful career.

The Russo brothers have revealed that their “Gray Man” assassin Avik San (also known as the Lone Wolf), played by Tamil cinema star Dhanush, could very well return.
In the Anthony and Joe Russo’s Netflix movie, when the CIA’s most skilled operative accidentally uncovers dark agency secrets, a psychopathic former colleague puts a bounty on his head, setting off a global manhunt by international assassins. One of them happens to be Dhanush’s Avik San — a killer with a moral code.
Speaking at a press event in Mumbai on Thursday, Joe Russo said: “It’s based on a book series, so there is the opportunity to expand this into future movies. We love to keep going with the world because we love all the characters. But we need the audience to tell us whether they want to see more of the story or not. If we do continue forward with the story,...

The Whole Spiel and Lone Wolf Pictures are developing a fantasy drama television series based on Anthony Ryan’s “Raven’s Shadow Trilogy” and “Raven’s Blade” duology books.
The series is going under a working title of “Queen of Fire.”
The series will follow the story of five characters “in a shared destiny of another world, divided into warring nations, where the politics are as cut-throat as any own real-world history,” per Lone Wolf Pictures.
“I am thrilled with the production’s fresh, original and expansive vision for adapting my books and stories for global screen audiences and core fans alike,” Ryan said in a statement. “It is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the creative team in bringing my universe and characters to life on screen.”

"Not all banks can be trusted. Not all heists are created equal." Gravitas Ventures has debuted an official trailer for a mysterious low-budget heist thriller titled No Loss // No Gain, marking the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Christian Rousseau. There isn't much of an intro to this film, and the official synopsis is extremely short: a mysterious modern-day Robin Hood gives the victims of a bank robbery a million dollar opportunity. Apparently it's about a bank heist, but of course the robber's "tactics and motives are veiled by complexity," involving a bunch of people who are struggling financially. This stars John Valley, Amanda Joy Erickson, Kevin McCarthy, Nathan Ehrmann, Destiny Soria, Ru Benjamin Revolver, and Alexandria Payne. It looks like this is trying to be a modern day Inside Man, with a Robin Hood spin, but I'm not sure they've pulled that off. A bit too melodramatic and lacks any real tension,...
