Tisa was the second of four children raised in Rochester, NY, the home of Kodak film. She studied photojournalism at Hofstra University and documentary film at Maryland Institute of the Arts. She graduated from Monroe Community College with a Visual Communications degree and obtained a Bachelors in Film at Rochester Institute of Technology. She learned outdoor survival skills with NOLS during three months at sea in Mexico. She is the Owner behind Old Soul Artistry and Director, Producer, Cinematographer, and Editor of ForeverMoore; The Angelo Project, a character study on the lead singer of the band Fishbone. She has dedicated Old Soul Artistry in memory of her older brother, Brandon. She has worked for KEZI Channel 9 News in Eugene Oregon. She is an actor and nature photographer. She is the Film Producer at Utah Tech University in Southern Utah where she also teaches Film History and the Business of film.
