Kevin James’ new sitcom “Kevin Can Wait” debuted to strong ratings, proving that the comedian’s fan base is still intact. Now the actor is going from retired policeman to international hitman in his upcoming Netflix comedy “True Memoirs of an International Assassin.”
Directed by “Kick-Ass 2” helmer Jeff Wadlow and written by Jeff Morris, the film follows an aspiring writer whose life is changed after his fictional novel about a deadly assassin is published as nonfiction. As everyone starts to believe that he’s a real hitman, he then gets kidnapped, taken out of the country and forced into a real assassination plot. Andy Garcia, Zulay Henao, Kim Coates, Maurice Compte and Andrew Howard co-star. Check out the trailer below.
