Pepper Potts joining the fight at the end of Avengers: Endgame with the Rescue armor was utterly wholesome, if not downright epic. But the suit initially looked very different from what we saw in the film.
A big part of Tony Stark’s journey from billionaire playboy to the man who sacrificed himself to save the universe as an Avenger involved his gradually developing relationship with Pepper Potts. And while we had previously seen Miss Potts fight alongside Tony in Iron Man 3, her return in the Rescue armor in the final act of Endgame was a powerful moment for both characters, not to mention that the duo flying side by side made for an epic and visually stunning battle sequence.
Now, Rodney Fuentebella, who served as one of the film’s concept artists, has revealed a completely different look for the Rescue armor. As seen below, this version of...

A cool new piece of concept art has surfaced for Avengers: Infinity War, and it features a familiar piece of early art with Thor and Rocket fighting side-by-side. However, this new piece of key art shows them battling giant serpents!
The art was shared by concept artist Rodney Fuentebella, and even though the giant serpents didn’t appear in the movie, it would be interesting to find out how they originally would have factored into Thor and Rocket's Infinity War journey.
Check out the concept art Instagram post below with a note from the artist and let us know what you think.

Marvel Studios packed an overwhelming number of familiar faces into this year’s Avengers: Infinity War, and perhaps none were more surprising to see than Captain America’s old foe Red Skull.
Since we last saw this figure at the climax of The First Avenger, the villain has undergone quite a few physical changes. For one thing, he’s looking a lot less like Hugo Weaving and a lot more like Ross Marquand, but more importantly, Johann Schmidt has taken on a newly spectral form that was almost reminiscent of another famed Marvel character whose skull is on full display: Ghost Rider.
That’s the comparison which this recently shared concept art has earned, and it’s not hard to see why, with the character’s head even displaying that fiery orange glow that we’ve come to associate with the antihero.

Though the God of Thunder went with short hair for last year’s Thor Ragnarok, some newly released Avengers: Infinity War concept art indicates that Chris Hemsworth’s character might’ve already been on the path to growing back his lengthy locks by the time the fight against Thanos kicked off.
Concept illustrator Rodney Fuentebella took to Instagram with an early illustration of Thor rocking his famous eye patch along with a little ponytail. In the caption, Fuentebella explains that he “wanted to go for the wondering warrior look,” though the final design for the film was ultimately crafted by Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding. And while we’ve certainly seen more drastic alternatives for how the character could’ve looked in the Russo Brothers’ latest release, it’s still strange to think that the ongoing saga that is Thor’s hair almost took this endearing turn.

Drax had a grudge against Thanos way before it was cool, and in Avengers: Infinity War, the Guardians of the Galaxy regular had a couple of chances to seek vengeance on the Mad Titan, albeit always as part of a group. But as this recently shared keyframe illustration indicates, an early script even gave Dave Bautista’s character the opportunity to settle the score in a one-on-one confrontation. We wouldn’t have put our money on Drax, mind you.
Concept artist Rodney Fuentebella took to Instagram with an image of Thanos looming over the Destroyer, looking ready to do a little destroying himself. The illustrator accompanied the picture with a short explanation:
“Here is a key frame illustration I did for Avengers Infinity War! This was an early keyframe from an early script with Thanos and Drax about to battle! Enjoy!”

Our first glimpse of Charlie Cox suited up in his red Daredevil costume drew a mixed response from fans, but after seeing him in action in the final episode of the brilliant Netflix series they seemed to warm to it for the most part. The Man Without Fear may well sport a different look again when he returns for his second season, but until then we have a look at some awesome concept art from Marvel's go-to poster/concept designer Ryan Meinerding, who worked with the likes of Rodney Fuentebella, Andy Park, Joe Quesada, Jackson Sze, Josh Nizzi, and Anthony Francisco to come up with outfit that suited the "grounded, street-level tone of the series." “The tone that was really communicated was the sense of realism that they were going for,” Meinerding relates to Marvel.com. “I think the way that [manifested itself in] the costume was through the armor and making it...

Marvel has released a fun new piece of concept art for Ant-Man by artist Rodney Fuentebella. It features our hero in his shrunken form with an army of ants before him ready to do his bidding. I’ve included all of the other photos that we’ve previously seen as well, because they are higher res versions released by the studio.
The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.” Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

The Captain America 2 concept art includes alternate costume designs for The Falcon/Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). While the Guardians of the Galaxy concept art consists of a Yondu (Michael Rooker) character design and art of key sequences in the film involving Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) and Klyn, the space prison. Here's an awesome collection of new concept art for films such as The Avengers, Green Lantern and some other character and costume designs for X-Men: First Class. The coolest art in the set though is some awesome keyframes for The Avengers from concept artist Rodney Fuentebella. I'm not really a big fan of the X-Men: First Class art from artist Thomas Whitehouse - those costume designs are pretty bad.
