"All Eyez On Me" filmmakers and famed director John Singleton are beefing over the version of the movie Singleton wanted to make -- and now we have the script at the center of the feud. TMZ obtained several pages from a 2014 draft written by Singleton, and it includes a scene where prison guards lock Tupac in the library, and turn the other way while other inmates assault him. When you read it ... there's a clear insinuation Tupac gets raped.

Jada Pinkett Smith isn’t the only one who isn’t thrilled about the new Tupac Shakur biopic “All Eyez on Me.” Lionsgate, Morgan Creek Productions and others have been slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Kevin Powell, who alleges that the film infringes on a series of articles he wrote about Shakur for Vibe magazine in the 1990s. The suit cites a June interview given by “All Eyez on Me” producer L.T. Hutton, in which Hutton allegedly stated that “all of the interviews” of Tupac Shakur were used to make the film. The filmmakers behind "All Eyez On Me" kept too close an eye on interviews Tupac did with a famous journalist, and then used his work -- without permission -- to write their script ... according to a lawsuit. Kevin Powell wrote a series of articles for Vibe in the mid '90s focusing on Tupac's 2 major influences -- the civil rights movement (his mother, Afeni Shakur, was a Black Panther) ... and the gangsta rap movement. According to the suit,...

After Jada Pinkett Smith blasted her depiction in Lionsgate’s Tupac Shakur biopic “All Eyez on Me” earlier Friday, one of the film’s producers defended her treatment in the film. “I’m kind of disappointed and just hurt by the accusations,” L.T. Hutton told TMZ. Pinkett had called the “reimagining” of her relationship with the slain rap legend “deeply hurtful” in a series of tweets Friday, claiming several of the incidents depicted in the film never happened. “Forgive me … my relationship to Pac is too precious to me for the scenes in All Eyez On Me to stand as truth,...

[[tmz:video id="0_lmdy3zn4"]] Jada Pinkett Smith missed the point of "All Eyez on Me" -- the producer wasn't trying to precisely recreate her relationship with Tupac ... instead it's a vision of what he thinks Pac wanted it to be. L.T. Hutton tells TMZ he's hurt and disappointed Jada decided to blast 'Eyez' for including conversations and situations that never happened in real-life. He explained he and the filmmakers took a few liberties because they were trying to show who Tupac was,...

Twenty years ago today, the world lost one of its strongest voices, Tupac Shakur. To commemorate the anniversary of his death, after an initial teaser, a second red band teaser has been unveiled for his biopic All Eyez On Me. Helmed by Benny Boom (an incredible director name, if I may say so), Eyez is a chronicling of the life and music of one of the most seminal rappers ever to touch the mic.
Newcomer Demetrius Shipp stars as Tupac (and looks an uncanny amount like the late rapper), who grows up seeing a life of police brutality and violence in his neighborhood, and decides to fight back through his music — as well as telling his story by “painting a picture with a pen.” Check out the new teaser below, along with the first poster.

Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter
Scoot McNairy ("Monsters," "Argo") has joined the Jody Hill comedy "The Legacy Of A Whitetail Deer Hunter" alongside Josh Brolin and Danny McBride. McBride, Hill, Scott Rudin and David Gordon Green are producing.
The story follows a sixth-grade boy who is supposed to be bonding with his father on a hunting trip, but is far from interested. McNairy will film that and the Darren Aronofsky-produced, Arnold Schwarzenegger-led thriller "478" before he shoots the third season of AMC's "Halt And Catch Fire". [Source: Deadline]
Supergirl
Daniel Dimaggio ("A Tiger's Tale," "Divide & Conquer") is set to play an adolescent version of Kal-El (Superman) in the February 8th episode of CBS's "Supergirl" series". Young Kal-El will be introduced via a string of flashbacks to establish the bond between him and Kara.
