James Scott is a feature film Editor... and sporadic Director, based in Brighton, UK, originally from the Canadian Prairies of Saskatchewan. Winner of a Sundance Special Jury Award & Canadian Screen Award for his Editing of Jerry Rothwell's How To Change The World (BFI/Netflix), his feature-length cinema documentary credits include, Toby Amies' The Man Whose Mind Exploded (Netflix), Jeanie Finlay's The Great Hip Hoax (BBC Storyville), Jerry Rothwell's Sour Grapes (Netflix), Will Francome & Mark Pizzey's The Penalty, Dunstan Bruce's This Band is So Gorgeous, Andrew Leavold's The Search For Weng Weng and Sophie Robinson's My Beautiful Broken Brain (Netflix) winner of the IDFA DOCU Award. His most recent work, Giovanni Buccomino's After A Revolution will premiere in 2021.
