Isaac Trimble is a well-known Native American/ Indigenous artist and film producer in the Pacific Northwest. His love for the performing arts started in theater and film in 1988. Since then, Isaac has become passionate about promoting and advocating for the portrayal of Native American/ Indigenous representation and issues through media. Isaac's dedication to community and artistry has lead him to receive a lifetime achievement award for music and many film recognition.
Recently, Isaac produced a short film titled Missing Indigenous that won the Portland 48hour Film Festival in 2017, a film highlighting the epidemic of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. The film went on to premiere at Filmapalooza in Paris, France. Missing Indigenous has received many awards and worldwide acclaim.
Currently, Isaac is pursuing a graduate degree program in film while working on short films and preparing for his first feature film.
