“I’ve just never seen that in a video before,” Cabello tells Rolling Stone about seeing a guy and a girl fight over a love interest. “I just loved the idea of us fighting over this fluid guy, who we don’t know which way he’s leaning. The Voice is celebrating 25 seasons on NBC with the Season 25 finale, and it is remembering all the coaches who spun their chairs throughout the years.
Finale night started with a throwback performance from Og coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, CeeLo Green, and Blake Shelton. The quartet performed Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy,” which Green co-wrote, during the premiere episode of The Voice back in 2011.
After the performance, host Carson Daly read the names of the coaches who have appeared on The Voice over the past 25 seasons.
Blake Shelton has been the longest-running coach, spinning his chair for 23 seasons. Adam Levine was featured as a coach for the show’s first 16 seasons. Christina Aguilera was a permanent fixture in the first three seasons. She would then take a break and return for three more seasons, in Seasons 5, 8, and 10.

Camila Cabello and Lil Nas X had a “trauma bond” experience the night they dropped their collab, “He Knows.”

The rumors about Charli Xcx writing songs during sessions for Britney Spears were initially dismissed by the pop icon at the beginning of the year. But during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, the musician clarified that the part about her writing music was true — what wasn’t true, however, was the narrative that Spears had recorded any of them.
“It leaked to the press. Britney then did this post where she was like, ‘I don’t have random people write for me.’ And I was like, ‘Oh.

For a show that changes coaches every round, Blake Shelton has been our mainstay. Now that he’s gone, it feels like something special is missing from the show. Don’t get me wrong, the new cast are incredible, but Shelton’s always been there with his funny one-liners and country charm, and the beautiful musical insights. It’s just…
While Shelton believes he made the right choice walking away, there is one thing that can bring him back.
Blake Shelton – Details Reasons Why He Left “The Voice” After Being On The Singing Show For Many Years

With a number of movies and TV series that have become hugely popular, Nicholas Galitzine has emerged as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors over the past few years. The actor, 29, who began his acting career in 2014 with The Beat Beneath My Feet, first caught the interest of viewers when he was cast in the lead role of the 2021 Cinderella flick opposite Camila Cabello. Lana Del Rey wrapped up her set at the 2024 Coachella Music Festival with one very large fine.
The 38-year-old hitmaker took the stage as the headlining act on Friday night (April 19) during the annual festival. Her performance was a fan-favorite of the weekend and featured special guest Camila Cabello. However, it cost the festival an extra $28,000, according to a new report.

TMZ reported that Lana‘s set ran over by 13 minutes, costing the festival a fine from the City of Indio, which is where Coachella is hosted in California.
Lana is reportedly the only artist to have run over the festival’s hard end time during the show’s second weekend. So while the fine seems hefty, it is significantly lower than previous years. For instance, in 2023, Coachella was fined $117,000 for performances that ran past curfew.
This marked Lana‘s second weekend headlining the festival.

Taylor Swift‘s famous friends are some of her biggest fans, and they never hesitate to sing her praises.
When the 34-year-old “Shake It Off” pop titan was named Apple Music’s Artist of the Year a few months ago, some of her friends spoke to the platform and revealed which of her iconic eras speaks to them the most.
Some of them, like Selena Gomez and Camila Cabello, simply hyped up their pal’s artistry.
“I think it’s pretty obvious why Taylor is the artist of the year. She has done so much for her community and fans,” Selena said about her bestie at the time.
Camila described Taylor‘s albums as “poetry” and said that she had been “the soundtrack to me and my friends’ lives.” Gracie Abrams simply said that she “makes magic.”

Like the hair of a Chia pet Troll doll, the "Trolls" franchise seems to never stop growing. The glittery DreamWorks reimagining of Thomas Dam's ugly-cute collectibles kicked off in 2016 with the music-filled animated adventure movie "Trolls." Since then, the movie has spawned two sequels, two holiday specials, two TV shows, a series of short films, and countless toys and tie-ins. It's also picked up an Oscar nomination (for Justin Timberlake's song "Can't Stop the Feeling!") and a cool $600 million at the box office (per Box Office Mojo) despite one of its three installments debuting during pandemic lockdown.
The "Trolls" movies are successful, but they aren't exactly the most coherent kids' movie franchise around. If you're anything like me, you've likely caught bits and pieces of several movies, potentially out of order, when the little ones in your life decided to watch (and rewatch ... and rewatch) them. Getting Camila Cabello’s latest music video for “I Luv It” across the finish line was a task that required some improvising and bribing. The Nicolás Méndez-directed video visual for the single captures the singer navigating car accidents, dog chases, wrestling matches, and more — but the song’s featured guest, Playboi Carti, shows up in a scene far less chaotic, rapping his verse in a gas station. In a recent interview with Los Angeles’ Power 106, Cabello detailed the real-life, off-screen chaos that complicated the shoot.

Nicholas Galitzine may have told his parents that he has a lot of sex scenes in “Mary & George” with both women and men, but that didn’t keep things from getting awkward when his mom and dad were by his side at the series’ London premiere.
“I was kind of in hysterics because there is nothing more uncomfortable than watching your son bed a number of characters even within the first few episodes,” the British actor, 29, tells me during a wide-ranging conversation on this week’s “Just for Variety” podcast.
“Mary & George” chronicles the real-life story of Mary Villiers (Julianne Moore), a woman in 17th century England who was so hungry for power that she successfully pushed her son George (Galitzine) into becoming lovers with King James (Tony Curran). Created by D.C. Moore, the seven-episode series is based on the non-fiction book “The King’s Assassin: The Fatal...

The Artists Rights Alliance, backed by around 200 music artists including Billie Eilish, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry and Camila Cabello, has released an open letter calling on digital music developers to “cease the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to infringe upon and devalue the rights of human artists.”
The campaign raised the alarm on the the use of musical works by AI developers that without permission train and produce AI “copycats,” or use AI “sound” to dilute royalty obligations. Their intervention came as the threat from AI to creators, and its value to tech giants, is an increasing focus for the legal and pop music fields.
“Working musicians are already struggling to make ends meet in the streaming world, and now they have the added burden of trying to compete with a deluge of AI-generated noise. The unethical use of generative AI to replace human artists will devalue the entire music...

Popstar Camila Cabello has talked about how she has adopted a new approach to her music ahead of releasing her new album christened ‘C, Xoxo’. Cabello told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1: “I’ve always been just like a song-based artist. I heard Charli (Xcx) say the other day, it’s like artistry is more important than songs.
“I was always the opposite mentality. I was always like, everything is about the song. That was everything for me. It was just isolated from the name or who did it or whatever, it was just about how this four-minute, whatever, three-minute piece of music sounds.”
She feels she’s evolved as an artist in recent years, and her evolution is reflected on her new album.
“I feel like in this process, what you’re hearing is kind of an undiluted version of my creative process now.”

Camila Cabello is kicking off her new era with the single “I Luv It.”
The 27-year-old singer just dropped her new song featuring Playboi Carti and she accompanied the track with a daring music video.
“Certain things in our human realm do make me feel like I’m in outer space, and the very rare few times where I’ve had incredible chemistry with someone is one of them,” Camila said about the song. “Part of that cocktail is also the emotional drama between you and that person, and the chaos and butterflies and nerves and passion. It’s unsustainable and not peaceful and exhausting, but also, I Luv It.”
The song will be featured on Camila‘s upcoming fourth solo studio album, C, Xoxo.
“I love it, I love it, I love it / Lemons on thе chain with the V-cuts / Lеmons in their face, watch ‘em freeze up,” she sings in the song.
