There’s nobody quite like Harvey Specter. The character from Suits is undeniably one of the best ever created. Since the show ended, the fan base for this character has only grown stronger. As a result, the idea of a spin-off emerged called Suits L.A., and work on it is in full swing, although details are still tightly under wraps.
While it’s a spin-off, the show promises to offer audiences something new while maintaining the integrity of the original series. And Stephen Amell’s character, Ted Black, already proves that while loosely inspired by Harvey Specter, Black differs from Specter in one significant way.

As a spin-off, comparisons between Suits L.A. and the original series are inevitable, with particular scrutiny likely falling on Stephen Amell’s character, Ted Black.

One My Adventures with Superman star is defending a major change to Clark Kent seen in the show.
The hit animated series, starring the likes of Jack Quaid and Alice Lee, just finished out its Season 1 run on Adult Swim.
While the story of a younger Clark Kent/Superman making his way in the world is nothing new, My Adventures with Superman was exciting as it turned the DC mythos on its head at nearly every chance.

Long-time Superman fans may find the first minutes of My Adventures With Superman a bit off-putting. The soft, watercolor backgrounds, the sharp angles on the character designs, and the stuttered animation reveal the series’ debt to anime. As a young Clark Kent tries in vain to free his kite from a tree in his front yard, viewers will notice more similarities to My Hero Academia or Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba than to the Fleischer Bros. cartoons of the 1940s.
Suddenly, Clark notices a car spinning out of control, its driver distracted by the fussy child in the back seat. Without a second thought, Clark rushes to the car, stopping the vehicle before it slams into a tree. Clark stares at his hands in confusion, wondering how he suddenly gained such speed and strength. But we viewers know the answer: this is Superman, the Man of Steel we know and love.

Superman fans are seemingly having the time of their lives, as the influx of promising content on the Man of Steel doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. With new exciting series like Superman: Lost in comics ongoing, the recently ended brilliant third season of Superman & Lois, cast updates of James Gunn’s upcoming Superman: Legacy released a week ago, and now a brand-new Superman animated series My Adventures with Superman getting released, DC seems to be eager to redefine Man of Steel for the general audience.
Although the adventures of the Man of Steel’s brooding emo friend get animated adaptations every once in a while, it has been over two decades since fans got a solo animated series on Superman. In an age rife with cynicism and despair, My Adventures With Superman will definitely aim at making a modern interpretation of the Last Son of Krypton...

It's been nearly two years since "My Adventures With Superman," an animated collaboration between HBO Max and Cartoon Network was announced alongside a new, noir-inspired "Batman" animated series from J.J. Abrams and "The Batman" director Matt Reeves.
Starring Jack Quaid as Clark Kent/Superman, Alice Lee as Lois Lane, and Ishmel Sahid as Jimmy Olsen, "My Adventures With Superman" was pitched as a show centered on the trio of friends as twenty-somethings interning for the Daily Planet, and finding themselves as individuals along the way. With its familiar, cutesy aesthetics, it was stacked up to be a promising, family-friendly series to add to the animated catalog on HBO Max.
Public coverage on the show has been suspiciously quiet since its initial announcement — and due to a tyrannical purge of Cartoon Network shows on the HBO Max platform last year thanks to the Warner Bros. Discovery merger, it seemed there was...

Working on an animated project for Warner Bros. Discovery has become a game of chicken with CEO David Zaslav in charge, as every week seems to bring about another round of shows that are either scrubbed from streaming platforms, or are outright cancelled during production. At this point, it can be difficult to keep up with a project that's actually going to get released. Thankfully, it appears that an upcoming DC animated series for Cartoon Network has avoided the chopping block, at least for now.
First announced in 2021, series creator Jake Wyatt's "My Adventures with Superman" will see "The Boys" star Jack Quaid voicing the titular superhero, while Alice Lee will play Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane. While larger plot details are being kept under wraps, the synopsis indicates that it will show Superman through a youthful lens, while staying true to the character's roots:

Netflix’s “Our Man From Jersey,” starring Halle Berry, Mark Wahlberg and J.K. Simmons, is coming close to wrapping its shoot in Croatia and Slovenia, according to Film New Europe.
The film, based on a screenplay by David Guggenheim and Joe Barton, has been described as a “blue-collar James Bond.” Wahlberg plays a down-to-earth construction worker from Jersey, who is thrust into the world of super spies and secret agents when his high-school ex-girlfriend Roxanne (Berry) recruits him on a high-stakes U.S. intelligence mission.
It is directed by Julian Farino, and produced by the U.S.’s Closest to the Hole Productions, owned by Wahlberg. The producers are Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Jeff Waxman.
The producers have applied for Croatia’s 25 cash rebate under the working title “The Union,” so the Croatian Audiovisual Center could only confirm a project of such a name was filmed in the country during September.
