It’s been nine years since The Hangover and we still consider the guys to be our three-best-friends-that-anyone-could-have — but there is one major person in the Wolfpack who we haven’t seen in a while. No, not you, fat Jesus... we're talking about Carlos! Would you be able to spot baby Carlos (aka Tyler) today? Let’s be honest: Baby Carlos was in the movie more than Doug, but somehow he’s uncredited. Seriously, Wth? Well, as it turns out, there was actually eight different babies who played baby Carlos in the original movie. Grant Holmquist, who played a majority of the role (58%), shared the screen with his twin sister, Avery, who stepped in 40% of the time— leaving the other babies to make up the difference. (Photo Credit: Warner Bro. Pictures) Being the only boy out of the eight babies, Grant regained his title as Carlos (aka Tyler) in the...

It was a pretty cool night for a 5-year-old. Grant Holmquist, - the blue-eyed, chubby-cheeked Hangover baby who reprises his role of Tyler (a.k.a. Carlos) in The Hangover Part III - got to walk the red carpet with his costars in Hollywood last week. And it seems that they're just as taken with the little guy as moviegoers. On set, "Zach [Galifianakis] did an amazing job loosening Grant up," the little actor's mom, Carrie Holmquist (who was on hand to snap photos), told People. And Grant was clearly delighted to see "Zachy," as he calls him, on the red carpet for the premiere.

Heather Graham and Mike Epps aren't the only original "Hangover" supporting characters who return for "The Hangover Part III." Grant Holmquist, who along with his twin sister Avery, played the "Hangover" baby that star Zach Galifianakis carries around on his chest in the early portion of first film is back as well.
According to People, Holmquist, now 6, had to audition for the role of Tyler like many other child actors. He may have always had an advantage, however, at least according to director Todd Phillips. "I had to [cast him]," Phillips said to HitFix about bringing the original child back for the franchise's finale.
Like in "The Hangover," Holmquist shares most of his screen time with Galifianakis. (In the first film, Galifianakis' Alan took to calling the baby Carlos; his real name, however, was Tyler.) "Grant loves [Galifianakis]," Holmquist's mother Carrie told People. Holmquist's mother estimates that Grant appeared in 60 percent of "The Hangover,...

The grand finale of the "Hangover" trilogy is upon us. "The Hangover Part III" -- which, apparently, is more insane crime-infused action flick than substance-abuse comedy -- hits theaters May 23. To celebrate, here are ten things you probably didn't know about all three "Hangover" movies. 1. During casting for "The Hangover", Lindsay Lohan was offered the part of Jade, the stripper, but turned it down because she wasn't into the script and thought the movie would bomb. Heather Graham nabbed the role instead, and appears again in Part III. Lohan later admitted to regretting her decision. 2. Ed Helms didn't need a special mouthpiece for his character Stu's missing tooth. In real life, Helms has a tooth implant because his adult incisor never grew in. He simply removed his dental implant for filming. 3. Sean Penn and Robert Downey Jr. were reportedly considered for John Goodman's role in “The Hangover Part III.

"Daring" isn't a word you would use very much to describe 2011's "The Hangover Part II," the disappointingly lazy, beat-for-beat rehash of the wild and wildly successful original "Hangover" from 2009.
And yet, here we are with "The Hangover Part III," which runs a different sort of risk by going to darker and more dangerous places than its predecessors, both artistically and emotionally. It dares to alienate the very audience that made "The Hangover" the highest-grossing R-rated comedy of all time because, well, it isn't exactly a comedy.
Sure, there are some outrageous lines and sight gags, mostly courtesy of Zach Galifianakis and Ken Jeong, who function as central figures this time when, previously, a little bit of them went a long way. (This was also a potentially alienating decision.) But director and co-writer Todd Phillips signals early and often that he's much more interested than ever before in exploring matters of real consequence,...
