- On 16 February 2014 competed in the snowboard cross discipline in the Sochi Olympics. Her seeding time was 1:23.96. In the elimination round, she made it through the quarterfinals by ending 3rd in her race.
- Won her first FIS event on 27 January 2008 in the slope-style discipline.
- Hobbies include rock climbing, skateboarding and camping.
- Competes in the disciplines of snowboard cross, slope-style and half-pipe.
- Is a professional snowboarder.

- Her first snowboard cross event was at age 10 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
- In 2012 scored a 2nd place at the Canyons Resort Sprint U.S. Grand Prix.
- Ended 3rd in the semifinals during the Sochi Olympics in 2014. This gave her the chance to participate in an Olympic big final for the first time ever. Finally ended in the 4th place overall, making it her best appearance in a Winter Olympic.
- Debuted on FIS races on 15 December 2006 in the half-pipe discipline at age 14.
- In March 2011 tore her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and meniscus in her right knee which sidelined her for nine months.
- At the age of 10, joined the Snowbird Snowboard Team.
- Started riding at a ski resort at Snowbird, when she was nine years old.
- In 2011 ended in 2nd place in the FIS Junior World Championship held in Cardrona, New Zealand in the snowboard cross discipline.
- Likes soccer, wake-boarding and swimming in lakes and in the ocean.
- Coach is Mike Jankowski.
- In her first experience in a Winter Olympic, the 2010 in Vancouver she made it through the qualification round ending in 12th place with a time of 1:30.75 that was scored on her first run. Later on she was eliminated in the quarterfinals and ended in the 12th place overall.
- On 1 March 2008 was her first World Cup appearance in Lake Placid, New York, where she competed in the snowboard cross discipline. Finished in the 30th position.
