Rhea Ripley stands out as one of the most powerful female wrestlers globally today. Her remarkable physique, characterized by significant muscle mass, sets her apart from the average wrestler. This impressive physique is the result of rigorous gym sessions and a disciplined diet.
Initially, Ripley’s body was noticeably leaner when she began her career, lacking the muscular definition that now defines her. Over the years, her physique has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving impressively to its current state.
Rhea Ripley’s Insane Body Transformation Is Truly Inspirational
What a difference seven years can make. The evolution of a WWE Superstar throughout their career is something fans truly appreciate, and Rhea Ripley exemplifies this notion perfectly. Her journey demonstrates that the early stages of a wrestler’s career may not accurately depict the Superstar they’ll become in the future. However, this transformation hasn’t always been smooth sailing for Ripley.

Welcome to this week’s Nxt review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have Damien Priest fighting Keith Lee in the main event, so let’s bolt down our furniture and kiss our roofs goodbye, because it’s Nxt time! Did I sound like I cared, because I do?!
Match #1: Jordan Myles def. Angel Garza in the semifinals of the Nxt Breakout Tournament The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Jordan Myles’s got game, but Angel Garza’s got mind games, and that was almost enough to unravel Myles’ hopes of advancing to the Nxt Breakout Tournament Finals. Almost. From feigning a handshake at the start of the bout to playing possum midway through, Garza employed one trick after another. He complemented his psychological warfare with a concentrated attack on Myles’ lower back, a strategy that came into focus after he pulled the ring...

Welcome to this week’s review of WWE’s Worlds Collide, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have two battle royals to get to, so let’s do so.
Match #1: Bianca Belair won the Women’s Battle Royal The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
“I’m on my own, against the wall” might be the opening lyrics of Bianca Belair’s entrance song, but those words also tell the story of her triumph in the Worlds Collide’s Women’s Battle Royal. With no allies in sight, and 17 opponents eying the same victory circle, The Est of Nxt powered her way to one of the biggest wins of her career. As talented as Belair is, besting a loaded field of Nxt and Nxt Superstars was far from the easiest task. The Horsewomen’s Jessamyn Duke & Marina Shafir operated like two wolves from the same pack,...

Welcome to this week’s Nxt review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have…I wish Bruiser Brody was still alive. He’d be better than this $#!@. Wait, that’s not fair. Nxt has potential, but it feels too much like a rip-off of Ring Of Honor to stand out on its own the way it is. Let’s hope Nxt does well here.
Match #1: Humberto Carrillo vs. Jaxson Ryker The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
No one is safe from Jaxson Ryker’s temper. The Forgotten Sons’ enforcer appeared to have his match with Humberto Carrillo well in hand, until a surprise kick by Carrillo sent Ryker’s rage into overdrive. Ryker retaliated by wrecking Carrillo with the Widowmaker, but instead of going for the pin, he opted to inflict more punishment. Ryker repeatedly ran Carrillo head-first into the ring apron and the...

Welcome to this week’s Nxt: UK review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have more from WWE’s British sibling to Nxt, so let’s see if it all turns out great for the dudes and dudettes of Nxt: UK. Doesn’t that sound stupid? Too bad the delete button doesn’t work. I guess I’m stuck with it. Oh well. It’s time for ‘rasslin’.
Match #1: Joe & Mark Coffey def. Raul Mendoza & Humberto Carrillo The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Although the explosive Nxt/205 Live combination of Raul Mendoza & Humberto Carrillo nearly upset Joe & Mark Coffey with a beautiful moonsault/450 Splash combination, the Gallus brothers fired back in a hurry. The much-anticipated Nxt TV debut of Mae Young Classic alumnae Kacy Catanzaro & Lacey Lane, against the aggressive combination of Aliyah & Vanessa Borne, ended in painful fashion for the newcomers, thanks to Nxt Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable beat Scott Dawson and Rezar (w/Drake Maverick) – Tag Team Match
My Take: 2.5 out of 5 – This was standard stuff that gave these guys a few minutes to show off a few moves, but no chance to really take advantage of being at a huge event with a big crowd.
Shinsuke Nakamura (New Champion) beat Rusev (w/Lana) – U.S. Championship Match
My Take: 3 out of 5 – This was a pretty good match that saw Nakamura regain the title. I assumed that Rusev was made champion just because Nakamura’s contract might have been up, so if he has won it back then I would assume he is going to stay…maybe.

Match #1: Toni Storm def. Hiroyo Matsumoto in a Second-Round Match The following is courtesy of WWE.com:
Toni Storm was in a state of disbelief after pinning Hiroyo Matsumoto in the first match of the Second Round. After all, Lady Godzilla clobbered The Lightning Down Under with everything she had throughout the match. Although the tenacious Storm returned fire, breaking Matsumoto’s momentum from time to time with a snap-suplex here or a headbutt there, she couldn’t string together more than a few moves before Matsumoto regained control. Matsumoto even thrashed Storm with her devastating Rock Drop signature move, but Storm’s ring awareness saved the day, as she draped her foot over the bottom rope to break the pinfall. You don’t need to have perfect vision that Arrow star Stephen Amell is one ripped dude. In order to sell the idea of him being some dark guardian of Star City, he needed to be. After all, like Batman, he is just a man against foes greater and more powerful than himself, so he needed a fit body to counter his adversaries.
In Season 1, they made a joking staple of Amell working that salmon ladder in his training montages. In many ways, the montages became a staple of the show, and so good did they do with it that when Ben Affleck got around to doing his own montage in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, they didn’t do it nearly as well as Arrow.

After weeks of crazy (and often terrifying!) challenges, the American Ninja Warrior season 7 contestants have more than proven themselves, and Mount Midoriyama is finally within our sights.
And yet, just when we thought Anw couldn't get any harder, the show introduced seemingly impossible obstacles like the flying shelf grab (where contestants must jump to grab a 2 in.-wide ledge and then swing to safety) and the hourglass drop (contestants must jump between two shelves assisted only by an unpredictable trampoline).
Before finals begin on Monday night, let's look back at a few of the most impressive runs of the season.

The obstacles that make up this Kansas City qualifying course are very physically demanding while obstacles in life can be more emotionally challenging. No matter.
