- Trevor Hall is an educator and film producer who believes in the power of story to inspire and uplift us all. He was formerly the President of the impact entertainment company Rebelhouse Studios, and President of Creative Visions Foundation which promotes the use of media and the arts for social change. Trevor's expertise is founded on a Masters of Education from Harvard University. After receiving his degree, he was awarded a three-year fellowship to serve as a Head Teaching fellow for Dr. Robert Coles. Trevor was a recipient of the Derek Bok Award for Excellence in Teaching in each of his three years. In 2010, he and Vicki Kennedy co-edited a collection of Dr. Coles' lectures into the book titled, Handing One Another Along, published by Random House. While teaching with Dr. Coles, Trevor also served as the Associate Editor of DoubleTake Magazine, a quarterly publication dedicated to showcasing literary and photographic essays that reveal extraordinary stories of everyday life. DoubleTake was a recipient of the National Magazine Award for General Excellence.
Trevor's film credits include: Producer, Soufra (2018 Documentary Feature); Co-Producer, Journey is the Destination (2016 Narrative Feature Film based on the life of photojournalist Dan Eldon); Associate Producer, Frame by Frame (2015 Documentary Feature), Associate Producer, Imba Means Sing (2015 Documentary Feature), Associate Producer, Mile 19 (2016 Documentary Short), Executive Producer, Johnny Physical Lives (2015 Short Film), as well as producing over a dozen other short films for his clients. He has been a producer on films featured at the Toronto International Film Festival, Berlinale, SXSW, DocNyc Hot Docs, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, and dozens of others.
