Souleymane Ouedraogo, widely recognized as Solo, emerges as a multifaceted force in the world of filmmaking, weaving his versatile talents across diverse roles in the industry. His journey began traversing various aspects of production, maneuvering from a production assistant to a grip on acclaimed TV shows. Solo's repertoire extends to feature films and documentary work. His immersive experience culminated in a 2015 B.A. in Cinema and Digital Arts from Point Park University after he relocated to the United States. With a penchant for storytelling instilled in his youth in Burkina Faso, where he honed his skills in theater and African dance, Solo's passion blossomed. An early foray into comedy creation with his cousin during a summer visit to his grandparents' village kindled his ardor for narrative craftsmanship. His affection for cinema flourished through the proximity of a local theater, a mere two blocks from his childhood home. Amidst his endeavors, Solo's creative spirit burgeons, evidenced by "The People's Blood," a short film he both penned and directed, alongside a trove of awaiting projects that showcase his imaginative prowess.
