Paula Telander is the founder of TeaTime Films, LLC a multi-faceted production company, specializing in art direction, producing and directing quality inspirational-driven motion pictures, music videos, documentaries, and photo shoots.
She began her career as a dancer with the Stuttgart Ballet (West Germany) and San Francisco Ballet, and dancer, choreographer, artistic director, and casting director with the Solano Civic Ballet, in California.
Telander has won several Grammy Considerations as Music Video Director for Best Music Video for Caleb Riley: Drown 65th Grammy Awards (2023), I Am A Man A First 60th Grammy Awards (2018), and as Engineer for Best Engineered Album, and Spoken Word Album for Parris Lane: Abella - Voice of the Voiceless 64th Grammy Awards (2022). Her filmography includes Choreographer for ILM (Industrial Light & Magic) animation/short Synchronicity (2000), which won the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival Grand Jury Prize - Best Animation (2001).

Telander and business partner James Gardiner, award-winning producer/composer/engineer, are the co-founders/owners of Northern California-based Pajama Studios, a world-class, award-winning commercial recording studio, earning 42 platinum and gold albums, is recognized as Oakland's first world-class commercial recording facility, has been featured on the cover of Mix Magazine, Mix's Twelve Great Studios of the World calendar and the Great Studios of the Western U.S. calendar for two consecutive years; Touch-Tone Productions, a full-service music production company specializing in original film composition, orchestration, and scoring, video game music, custom sound design, new artist development and music content of various genres; Gardiner Music Mentoring, a unique full-immersion mentoring curriculum designed to successfully launch professional careers for youth, and adults in various facets of the music industry.
