SHAWN "XXÀNN" C. SMITH NEWCOMM, est. 1985.
Great-Grandpa Forrest Dion "Deek" Smith I, (mostly uncredited) Key Grip ('Bend in the River' [1952]; 'Lonely Are the Brave' [1962]), Universal Studios between 1933 and 1970s (retired), and Great Uncle Mike Smith, Grip: Crane, Dolly ('Dirty Harry'), Rigging ('Jurassic Park' [1993]), Lead Gang Boss, including: 'Funny Girl', 'Earthquake' (Miniature Construction Builder), and much else at Universal as well as Columbia and others, between1959 and 2000; and Grandpa who worked as Day Laborer on 'Spartacus' to erect the wooden crosses, and tackled John Saxon too hard in 'The Unguarded Moment' (1956). My Great Uncle Leonard Christy had one line as "The Happy Father" in 'Vegas Vacation', but the delivery was knocking Chevy Chase off his focus, and the lines were cut; Great Uncle Leonard didn't get his S.A.G. card; and you can only see the back of his balding head walking away with "The Happy Wife" pushing a baby carriage, just before Clark and Cousin Eddie scramble to Wayne Newton's house.
