"Kill him and get the girl!" Saban Films has released an official trailer for an action thriller titled Last Man Down, the second feature made by Swedish filmmaker Fansu Njie. It opens direct-to-vod starting in October, and this really does look like direct-to-video quality. Daniel Stisen stars as John Wood, who left the pieces of a broken civilization behind after a virus pandemic, to go back to his roots in the woodlands. Years later a wounded woman appears on his doorstep, claiming to have escaped from a lab because they believe her blood is the key to a worldwide cure. The film also stars Olga Kent, Daniel Nehme, Stanislav Yanevski, Madeleine Vall, and Natassia Malthe. This definitely looks like a macho woodsman badass takes-on-the-government-assholes kind of film, which might actually be entertaining to watch? Lock 'n load. Here's the official trailer (+ poster) for Fansu Njie's Last Man Down, direct from...

Justice League is only two months away from release, but it's unclear if production has officially wrapped or if the re-shoots director Joss Whedon has been shooting are still going on. If re-shoots are finished with Justice League then it means Wonder Woman's world may make an appearance in Aquaman.
Swedish kickboxer/Mma fighter Madeleine Vall Beijner was one of many people cast to play an Amazon, the people that populate Wonder Woman's home, Themyscira. On her Instagram account, she announced that she is going back to Italy to film scenes in Themyscira with fellow cast mates in less than 3 weeks. If you consider that time frame, plus recent reports that Whedon is increasing Diana Prince's role in Justice League, it seems like it could be a reshoot for Justice League.
In less than three weeks I will be reunited with these badass amazon warriors again!!

Justice League is currently undergoing reshoots, that much we know. What we don’t know, though, is just what’s being changed/added/cut from the pic. Rumors and speculation continue to run rampant online, however, with reports pointing to everything from removing several characters to a drastic overhaul of the tone of the film being the focus of this additional shooting. To date, though, Warner Bros. has kept quiet on what exactly’s going on.
Things will likely stay that way, too, but that doesn’t mean we won’t be getting anymore hints as to just what Joss Whedon and his team are up to. Case in point: Madeleine Vall Beijner, who played an Amazon warrior in Wonder Woman, posted the below photo on Instagram today, along with the following caption:
