Add Tyler Blevins to the list of creators who are developing sweet treats with better-for-you ingredients. The streamer known as Ninja is adding to that trend by teaming up with a plant-based beverage brand called Nutcase Milk.
Blevins hasn’t officially announced his partnership with Nutcase, but he discussed the brand on his stream and followed up with a post on X. “I’m cooking up something, I’ve been a part of something, I’ve been brought on to something, I’m really excited about it,” Blevins said. He described Nutcase as a “premium cashew milk” product featuring natural sweeteners, protein, and a “delicious” taste.
This is not my official announcement yet, but since I leaked it on stream yesterday… I guess I can say I’ve been working on a little something with an amazing team @NutcaseMilk! I’m sure a ton of you will have questions, more...

Jimmy Donaldson, known online as MrBeast, is one of the biggest content creators on social media generating millions of views on YouTube and across other digital platforms.
The digital influencer has 2.1 billion monthly active users across the globe and around 122 million daily users. As the top creator on the Google-owned platform, MrBeast has a demanding schedule as he plans ahead which is seemingly exhausting the star mentally.
“In order to upload weekly videos later this year I’ve been filming every single day (and only have a couple days off filming between now and end of year) and I’m dying mentally,” MrBeast shared on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “I hope you guys love these videos when they go up, I’m pushing myself to the max to get them done.”

It feels a little strange to say this in August, but the 2023 Streamy Awards are officially over, and they handed out a grand total of 50 awards to this year’s top creators.
This was the first year Tubefilter and dick clark productions held Streamys in the summertime, but the change of season didn’t mean everything changed: For the fourth time in a row, MrBeast took home Creator of the Year, and for the second time in a row, Kai Cenat snagged Streamer of the Year.
As for Show of the Year, that went to Michelle Khare and her daredevil series Challenge Accepted.
This year’s ceremony was hosted by MatPat, and featured dozens of presenters, including Dylan Mulvaney, Ryan Trahan, The Try Guys‘ Keith Habersberger and Zach Kornfeld, Smosh‘s Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox, TikTok Npc streamer Pinkydoll, Colin and Samir, Dream, Michelle Khare, Anna Sitar, Austin Creed,...

The 2023 Streamy Awards honored the best in content creation on social media and Dylan Mulvaney took the trophy for Breakout Creator.
“I’m really shocked because I thought the only award I’d ever win was maybe a Tony Award but now I’m a musical theater gal with a Streamy,” the social media star said while accepting her award Sunday at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
Mulvaney went viral after receiving backlash from conservative media over promoting Bud Light.
“532 days ago, I made a coming-out video that turned into my ‘Days of Girlhood’ series, and my life has been changed for the better,” she continued. “But on the flip side, there’s also been an extreme amount of transphobia and hate, and I know that my community is feeling it.”

Two creators with ties to sneaker culture are opening up a store of their own. ConnorTV (real name Connor Gorman) and The Drip Don (real name Hasan Habhab) are the owners of a brick-and-mortar retail location in Farmington, Michigan, which sports the simple name Shop.
Shop comes from two of the internet’s foremost sneakerheads. Gorman and Habhab met when the former creator attempted his version of Ryan Trahan’s penny challenge. They soon resolved to go into business together. They established Shop in a Farmington strip mall, next to a smoke shop Habhab has owned for six years.
In a video Gorman shared earlier this year, he detailed the work that went into opening up Shop. He and Habhab designed the brick-and-mortar business from the ground up. They even recruited a YouTuber called the Epoxy Guru to help them with their floors.

Ryan Trahan successfully made it back to America in just one week, starting from one penny.
And he raised more than $400,000 for Water.org in the process.
For those of you new to Trahan’s one-cent adventures, they’ve been a staple on his YouTube channel (where he has 13 million subscribers) for years. He’s lived on a penny for days, traded a penny up to a house, and, last summer, he made it from Los Angeles to North Carolina in 30 days to deliver a giant penny to MrBeast, while raising over $1.3 million for Feeding America.
This latest penny challenge started in Paris, where Trahan had one penny and seven days to get back to the U.S.
A flight straight from Paris to New York City was around £800 minimum–way out of his price range–so he ended up selling water, drawing caricatures, washing windows, and telling jokes to make his way to Amsterdam,...

Ryan Trahan is bringing back the penny series–and it might be going international.
For those who weren’t witness to his previous one-cent feat, here’s the lowdown: Last summer, Trahan set out with the goal of crossing America, starting from one penny, to give a penny to fellow YouTuber MrBeast (and raise money for Feeding America while he was at it).
Trahan started his journey by using the penny to buy a pen, and then selling that same pen for $1. He used the dollar to buy a water bottle, sold that for $2, and…you see the process. He made his way across the entire U.S. via bus and train, using profits from things like selling drinks, delivering food, walking dogs, and washing windows, and though he was set back a couple times by The Great Reset he successfully delivered a giant penny to MrBeast in North Carolina on day 30.

In order to build hype for a package that will cost it a reported $2 billion per year, the leading video platform is sending a whole convoy of creators to the NFL Draft. Beginning on April 27, personalities like Jesser, Ryan Trahan, and Lisa Nguyen will be on the ground in Kansas City, where they’ll report live as the top football amateurs join professional teams.
The NFL previously announced a partnership with creator groups Amp and RDCWorld, who will contest a flag football game during the third day of the draft. But that won’t be the only influencer-led spectacle that will take place in K.C. during the biggest weekend of the NFL offseason. In fact, the collabs between creators and football stars began before the first pick was announced and will continue throughout all seven rounds.

It’s usually a good idea to ignore the trolls that live in YouTube comment sections. Sometimes, those nasty remarks are so cutting that they must be addressed in order to keep a creator’s pride intact. To hit back at one of his haters, Ryan Trahan teamed up with Google for a survival video set in subzero wilderness.
The story goes like this: A provocateur named Broncosfan14 saw a video of Trahan sleeping in his car and claimed that the Texas native would never be able to survive in frigid Colorado weather. Trahan, who is famous for his willingness to take on extreme challenges, decided to call Broncosfan14’s bluff.
Before heading into the wilds, Trahan needed to outfit himself. That’s where his sponsor came in. Trahan’s viral penny challenge made him one of the most in-demand creators in the online video world, and Google jumped at...

The Vanwives have tied the knot with Night.
Back in 2019, Canadian couple Crystal Drinkwalter and Jazmyn Canning poured around 25,000 into outfitting a giant van with everything it needed to become a tiny home on wheels. Once it was ready to roll, they packed up their dogs Bella and Izzy and set out to drive from Canada through the U.S. to Argentina.
They were a ways into the U.S. when “someone was like, ‘You need to start capturing what you’re doing. You’re doing some amazing things,'” Drinkwalter and Canning tell Tubefilter.
“We bought a camera in Las Vegas, to be honest,” they add. “We started shooting videos and it turned out people ended up liking them, and we liked it, and we got really into the filmmaking aspect and storytelling.”

Welcome to YouTube Millionaires, where we profile channels that have recently crossed the one million subscriber mark. There are channels crossing this threshold every week, and each creator has a story to tell about YouTube success. Read previous installments here.
Colin Rosenblum and Samir Chaudry know what’s up on YouTube.
Actually, they know what’s up across the entire creator space. They started their own Colin & Samir channel in 2016, but they’ve been in the creator business for more than a decade now. They originally met working on the The Lacrosse Network, a YouTube sports network focused on–you guessed it–lacrosse. After selling that channel, they went to work behind-the-scenes, producing content with creators like Dude Perfect and Yes Theory.
When it came time to launch their own channel, Rosenblum and Chaudry didn’t stray far from their roots. Their content focuses on the creator ecosphere from the creator perspective.

That’s a wrap on the 12th annual Streamy Awards, which presented nearly 50 awards and honors to 2022’s top creators.
After going virtual in 2020 and 2021, the Streamys (produced by Tubefilter and dick clark productions) returned to Irl this year, and to its home turf: the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.
2022’s awards were party rocked by master of ceremonies Airrack, who just so happened to walk away with two nods of his own: top First Person creator as well as a Creator Honor, which we’ll talk more about below. The show was also streamed exclusively from Airrack’s YouTube channel—a first for the Streamys, which normally broadcasts from its own channel.

Ryan Trahan‘s penny challenge was the talk of YouTube this summer. The 24-year-old creator started with a single cent and made it all the way across the U.S. by accepting various odd jobs. Along the way, Trahan got more than 190 million views on his channel and raised over 1.3 million to support Feeding America.
Trahan’s 30-day journey is over, but his interest in the penny challenge is not. His latest video puts an accelerated spin on that concept: He set up shop in New York City’s Times Square and tried to turn a penny into as much money as possible in a single hour.
After seven failed tries, Trahan’s eighth attempt at the speedrun hit the jackpot. By using many of the methods that sustained him during his cross-country journey — such as water bottle sales and Uber Eats deliveries — Trahan made 20 off his starting penny in just 60 minutes.

After putting together a strong speaker lineup last year, VidSummit is upping the ante even further in 2022. The three-day conference, which gives creators a platform to share their favorite techniques and insights, will return to Los Angeles on September 27.
The list of keynote speakers who will attend this year’s VidSummit is a who’s who of the online video community. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, who took an ownership stake in VidSummit three years ago, will once again address attendees at the annual meet-up.
Other keynote speakers will be able to speak to their specific strengths: Ryan Trahan will surely discuss the impact of his 30-day cross-country voyage, while Wendy ‘Wengie’ Huang can speak of her adventures in Web3 gaming. Eric ‘Airrack’ Decker is known for dishing on the creator economy, special effects master Zach King is a long-time presence in the short-form video world, and moralistic superstar Dhar Mann will...

The Austin- and Los Angeles-based management company that reps creators like MrBeast, Safiya Nygaard, Ryan Trahan, Zhc, and Unspeakable, has signed the reaction/commentary and lifestyle YouTuber for representation in all areas.

Ryan Trahan has completed a memorable cross-country trip.
The 23-year-old creator, who once earned 28 million views by living in a Tesla for 24 hours, has reached new viewership milestones by taking on a formidable challenge. He started in Los Angeles with only a penny in his pocket, and after 30 days, he was able to scrape together enough money to make it across the U.S. to Greenville, North Carolina, where he delivered his original penny to Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson.
Trahan chose to embark on his long-distance journey in order to raise money for hunger-relief charity Feeding America. He encouraged donations by offering unusual perks. Donors who gave 50,000 triggered "The Great Reset," which forced Trahan to give up all the cash he had on hand at that point. The threat of The Great Reset turned Trahan's 30-day vlog series into a gripping drama. Each day, he enacted a new moneymaking scheme to pay for meals and travel,...
