Nada Djordjevich grew up in California, and made her narrative directorial debut with the short film, "California Pie." The project premiered at the Sonoma International Film Festival, and won awards for "best animated film" at a festival in Stockholm, Sweden and in Portland, Oregon. She is in post-production for her first live-action film, shot in San Francisco. As a writer, she received multiple honors and recognition for short fiction and feature scripts. As a social impact consultant, she produced and directed several public service announcements, and raised more than 30 million to address inequities in California, including to expand art and environmental education in Bay Area public schools. She has degrees from Harvard University and UC Berkeley, and attended screenwriting courses at UCLA.
