With the elimination of Sharane Calister on the May 1 results show, “The Voice” is now down to just 10 artists still in contention to win season 14. Two of the coaches — Alicia Keys and Blake Shelton — still have the same three artists that they brought into this phase of the competition. Each of the other two coaches — Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine — has lost one of their artists already. Who do you think will be crowned the season 14 winner in the final hosted, as always, by Carson Daly on May 22?

By George, I thought Rayshun Lamarr had done it! Though when The Voice revealed its lowest vote-getters of the Top 12 last week, he’d been in the Bottom Two, Mr. Sunshine seemed to have turned it around Monday with his spirited Top 11 performance of “Try a Little Tenderness”: As of Tuesday morning, he was Top 4 in TVLine’s poll, and his single was the fourth-bestseller of all the contestants’ on iTunes.
That being the case, singing for the Save was likely to be some combination of Sharane Calister, whose version of Mariah Carey’s “Hero” had been anything but super; Christiana Danielle,...

Worlds are colliding. The Voice contestant Jackie Foster is dating singer Brandon Diaz — who just happened to compete on this season of American Idol. Jackie, who is currently competing on the reality singing competition on NBC (the one not hosted by Ryan Seacrest), shared the exciting news on social media. "Let me introduce to you my boyfriend [Brandon], you may have seen him on American Idol. Top 24," she captioned a photo of the musically inclined couple. "Wow. I’m so freaking proud of you Brandon. This is honestly just the beginning because I know a fire has been lit under you. Watch Out World! This man is gonna take this industry by storm and I feel so blessed to watch him do it... Were you feeling drunk with power Monday night? For the second season in a row, The Voice allowed viewers like you and me to pick the numbers that would be performed by the Top 11. And even if we totally screwed it up, there was virtually no way we could do worse at pairing singers and songs than, say, Jackie Foster and “Toxic,” or Pryor Baird and “9 to 5” (which, inexplicably, they’d chosen for themselves!). So, who wound up performing what? And whose vocals made the most compelling case for a spot in the Top 10? Read on…

The Top 11 on “The Voice” take to the stage on Monday, April 30 to perform songs chosen by the fans. Going into The Voice’s Top 12 Results Show Tuesday, it was looking grim for Rayshun Lamarr and D.R. King, the latter of whom hadn’t even garnered a whole percentage point in TVLine’s poll overnight. Jackie Foster fared slightly worse than Rayshun, but I figured she’d get a pass, since her fan base seems particularly vocal and devoted — maybe not in this particular poll, and maybe not after that noxious “Toxic,” but you know, in general. Despite being a coach on all 13 seasons of “The Voice” to date, Adam Levine has only won three times. Two months in and “The Voice” has finally reached the Top 12 stage of the competition for season 14.
