After its most recent round of layoffs, Disney Entertainment has reorganized its communication and publicity departments, TheWrap confirmed on Friday.
Separate from today’s re-org, a spokesperson confirmed that in February, Shari Rosenblum, an 18-year veteran of the studio and SVP of publicity for Disney Television Studios, began heading up publicity, talent relations and events for 20th Television, 20th Animation and ABC Signature. She reports to Candice Ashton.
Additional changes across the company include the following:
Richard Horrmann will now oversee strategic communications for Disney Entertainment Television. Both Elisa Bolduc, who’ll now manage internal communications, and Robert Nunez, who will be in charge of visual communications, will report to him.

Updated: Day 2 of Disney’s second wave of layoffs has involved staff reduction in first-run syndication, unscripted/alternative as well as marketing and communications.
Disney TV Animation, responsible for 1,200 half-hours of animated content, including Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, is the latest division to be hit as it also merges the current and development teams. This has led to the departure of a number of executives including Khaki Jones, SVP Current, who has been with the company for nearly 13 years, as well as a number of director level roles.
Disney’s first-run syndication operation has been dissolved. Departing as part of that is Brent Jones, director and head of production finance & operations for first-run syndication.
Also leaving are VP Kim Harbin, a respected communications executive who has been at Disney for 25 years, as well as Tom Connor, VP Creative Marketing. Their functions will be absorbed by the marketing...

The massive Disney layoffs continue.
As part of the ongoing company-wide downsizing, executives at Disney+ and Walt Disney Studios marketing departments have been let go, TheWrap has learned.
The company aims to eliminate 7,000 jobs by this summer, with the total reaching 4,000 by the end of the week. Among those affected are Natalie Benson, director, digital marketing for Disney+; Chris Bettes, vice president, global marketing for Disney+; Angie Poston, vice president, marketing strategy for Disney+; and Erik Dane, vice president, digital marketing for Walt Disney Studios.
Earlier today we exclusively reported that Trevor Kelley, an executive at Disney+, was also let go as part of the layoffs. Statistical guru Nate Silver will also be leaving ABC.
More meetings are being held throughout the afternoon at various Disney business units; one source said...
