Spike Feresten was raised in West Bridgewater, MA, where he attended public school and got his first job as a bag boy at the local supermarket. With a dream to be the next Jimi Hendrix, Feresten attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. One night, disillusioned with his career choice, Feresten thought he might feel better if he dropped four-foot fluorescent light bulbs out the window of his dorm room - just to watch them shatter on the sidewalk eight stories below. He got caught and was evicted. Soon after, Feresten saw David Letterman performing the exact same stunt on his late-night talk show, and a real light bulb went on: If network television encouraged this sort of behavior, he might have a future after all. Thus, a career in TV comedy was born. Feresten came up through the ranks of television, working first as an intern at NBC in New York. His career took on a Hollywood fable quality when his job as the receptionist for "Saturday Night Live" led him to pass jokes he had written to "Weekend Update's" Dennis Miller. Eventually, Feresten's full-time job at SNL led to a staff-writing position in 1990 at "Late Night with David Letterman," where he wrote for five years and earned five Emmy nominations. In 1995, Feresten left the late-night realm to join the writing staff of the groundbreaking sitcom "Seinfeld," where he wrote for three seasons, becoming supervising producer in 1998. During his "Seinfeld" tenure, Feresten garnered an additional three Emmy nominations, including one for his famed "Soup Nazi" episode, which remains part of the pop-culture vernacular. In 2006 FOX selected Feresten to host his own Late Night series, Talkshow with Spike Feresten which Feresten also executive produced and co-wrote. Several of the show's many viral videos made HULU's all-time most viewed list beating out Family Guy and Tina Fey's Sarah Palin sketches. In addition to "Seinfeld" and "Letterman," Feresten has written and developed other television comedy, penning episodes of The Simpsons, "Space Ghost Coast to Coast" and "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment." Continuing to work with Jerry Seinfeld, Feresten co-wrote the screenplay for the animated feature "Beemovie," and the 2012 Acura NSX Superbowl Commercial. In October 2014 he launched his new cars and comedy show Car Matchmaker with Spike Feresten on the Esquire Network. Feresten also co-wrote and produced the 2024 Netflix feature film Unfrosted: The Pop Tart Story starring Jerry Seinfeld and hosts one of the top automotive / comedy podcasts in the world, Spike Car Radio.- Nancy Sorel is an award winning American and Canadian actor and voice artist known for Less Than Kind (2008), Heaven Is for Real (2014), Breakthrough (2019), How It Ends (2018), The Grudge (2019), Once Upon a Christmas Miracle (2018), The Man in the High Castle (2015) & Barbie: Fairytopia (2005).

Chef Emeril Lagasse's passion for food was ignited as a young boy growing up in the small town of Fall River, Massachusetts, where he spent time in the kitchen with his mother, Hilda. As a teenager, he worked at a Portuguese bakery where he mastered the art of bread and pastry baking. Upon high school graduation, Lagasse turned down a full scholarship to the New England Conservatory of Music to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. He earned a degree from the respected culinary fortress, Johnson and Wales University, and later received an honorary doctorate degree from the university.
Wanting to broaden his culinary horizons, Lagasse then traveled to Paris and Lyon, France, where he honed his skills and learned the art of classic French cuisine. Returning to the United States, Lagasse practiced his art in fine restaurants in New York, Boston and Philadelphia until a job offer from Dick and Ella Brennan lured the young chef to New Orleans, where Lagasse helmed the kitchen for nearly eight years at their legendary restaurant, "Commander's Palace".
As a national TV personality, he has hosted more than 2,000 shows on the Food Network, and is the food correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America." Kurt Long was born on 2 July 1973 in Fall River, Massachusetts, USA. He is an actor and director, known for Liv and Maddie (2013), Nancy Drew (2019) and Supernatural (2005).- Henry Nasiff, better known as Hank The Angry Drunken Dwarf, was a unique man from Massachusetts who was best known for his many appearances on The Howard Stern Radio Show. The diminutive performer got his break back in August 1996, when he and a friend from Boston dinner theater drove to New York City and decided to try to get on the Howard Stern show. Hank got to be interviewed on the show, and Howard liked him right away. Soon after, Hank quickly became one of Howard's favorite guests, and he started appearing on the show whenever he could make it. Hank would always show up to the studio drunk, usually carrying around a green soda bottle full of vodka. It seemed impossible that a man who was only 4-foot-1 and weighed only 95 lbs. could drink so much. One time, while on the show, Hank scored an incredible .375 when he was given a breathalyzer test. Hank appeared on Howard's show more than 2 dozen times, and he was always entertaining. His nickname may have been "Angry," but Hank's greatest strength was his ability to keep everyone smiling. Hank's regular appearances on Howard's show made him a semi-celebrity which lead to him doing many public appearances for his fans. In November 2000, during an appearance in a Los Angeles bar for a J&B Scotch promotion, Hank gave everyone a scare when he went into seizures. He recovered very quickly, but he went back to drinking just a few weeks later. Sadly, on September 4, 2001, Hank passed away at the age of only 39. Even behind his tough-as-nails public persona, his good nature always shone through, and that's why he'll be remembered and missed by so many people. He may have been a little man, but he had a really giant soul. Rest in peace Hank.

Matthew C. Ryan was born Matthew Ryan Carreiro in Fall River, Massachusetts. He is the middle child of Louis G. Carreiro Jr., a physical chemist, and Kathryn Edith Carreiro (née Mello), a chemical lab technician. He has Portuguese, English, and French ancestry. Matthew spent most of his youth in southeastern Massachusetts, and graduated from the prestigious Portsmouth Abbey High School, in Portsmouth RI. He was an avid baseball, tennis, and billiards player.
Having graduated from Providence College, in Providence Rhode Island, Matthew moved to Los Angeles, CA to continue his acting studies. His technique hails from three different acting philosophies that formulated out of the Group Theater in the late 1930's and include Sanford Meisner, Stella Adler, and Lee Strasberg. While he isn't a purist when it comes to method acting, Matthew has a take what you can use philosophy derived from the three techniques that Stanislavsky so influenced. His mentors and peers are members, teachers, and graduates of UCLA, The Strasberg Institute, and The Actor's Studio.
Matthew caught the acting bug at age six after landing a supporting role and participated in chorus at his school's annual Christmas play in 1982. But it wasn't until the springtime production of Robin Hood where he played Robin's lead Merry Man, scoring the cool bow and quiver, that he developed his love affair with his audience. He played four musical instruments first trying the trombone, and then moving on to the woodwinds, saxophone, flute, and oboe. He is a proficient saxophonist and was a member of several chamber groups. Matthew continues his love of music today through singing, aspiring to one day work in animation and live musical theater.
However, Matthew is no stranger to film and TV sets having numerous featured cameo appearances on Warner Television shows like The Big Bang Theory (2007), Chuck (2007), Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (2006), and 2 Broke Girls (2011) to name a few. His love of sitcom he attributes to working several seasons behind the scenes on According to Jim (2001), starring Jim Belushi; whom Matthew accredits some of his comedic timing. His first acting job was at Paramount Studios on the television set of The Singles Table (2006) where he appeared opposite actor John Cho in a coffee shop playing a hipster guy which never aired. But, Matthew's small screen debut occurred on Ugly Betty (2006), episode 116, "Derailed", filmed at Raleigh Studios Hollywood, where he played a concerned subway passenger. While he is still awaiting his breakthrough role on the big screen, he did appear briefly in a scene in Fox Searchlight's, Water for Elephants (2011), playing a laughing Benzini Brother's roustabout, opposite a scantily dressed Robert Pattinson.- Lizzie Borden has mystified and fascinated crime buffs for over a century. Few cases in American history have attracted as much attention as the hatchet murders and the unlikely defendant: a church-going, respectable "spinster" daughter charged with parricide, a crime worthy of Classical Greek tragedy. On August 4, 1892, a heavy, hot summer day in Massachusetts, a maid discovered the bodies of Andrew Borden, 70, a wealthy developer, and his second wife Abby, a short obese woman of 64. Mr. Borden's face had been struck 11 times while he slept on the couch; Mrs. Borden had been struck 19 times from the back. A broken hatchet was found in the basement. The day after the Bordens' funeral, a neighbor observed Lizzie burning a stained dress in the kitchen stove. The neighbor's testimony prompted Lizzie to be charged with the murders. The chaotic and stumbling murder investigation against Lizzie was circumstantial, without incriminating physical evidence or clear motive. After a trial in June 1893 and one hour of jury deliberations, Lizzie was found not guilty on all charges. Lizzie and her sister Emma moved into a 13-room stone Victorian house named Maplecroft. In 1904, she met actress Nance O'Neil, and the two became inseparable, prompting rumors of a romantic relationship. Lizzie died at age 67, after a long illness. Emma coincidentally died nine days later, after a fall down the stairs of her house. They were buried together in the family plot, along with their mother, stepmother, and father. Despite popular belief of Lizzie's guilt, it remains technically an unsolved crime.

Trained in Stanislavski and Checkhov technique, voice, stage combat, quarterstaff, broadsword, mask, and clowning, Joe has played drama, broad comedy, and musical roles Off-Broadway, in regional theatre, film, at the Actors' Studio, and in several recurring roles on daytime television
From Daniel Mann, Joe learned how to work with a classic method director, from Walter Matthau, the subtle strength of a slow comedic turn of the head with an added twinkle of the eye which was in total contrast to Robin Williams, who taught Joe the fine points of guerilla comedy without having to embody that persona in his personal life. Working with Tony Scott made him appreciate the joy of being on set every day as a member of a large team, putting together a wonderful product amidst all kinds of unintended detours.
Joe has recently worked as the unyielding Cuban Consulate in Killing Kennedy, the irate Italian in the short film Lobster Fra Diavolo, and the solid yet sympathetic bartender in House Of Cards.
Joe is very supportive of others who would like to follow their passions, works well with kids, and looks forward to playing a compassionate gangster a la Dennis Farina in a story with a moral.- Louis Plante was born in October 1937 in Fall River, Massachusetts, USA.
