Gilivazio Akambamu, known professionally as Khan Givas and also as Mr. Lover Boy, is a Ugandan musician, artist, composer, songwriter, and entrepreneur based in Kampala, Uganda. He is the founder and CEO of Hustlers Base Collaborations.
Khan Givas was born as Gilivazio Akambamu in Mbarara, Uganda. He grew up with a single mother together with his six siblings (one brother and five sisters). He attended Akashanda Primary School, and Gulu Army Secondary School for his secondary level. After completing his secondary studies, he went on to pursue a course in Information and Communication Technology basics at Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative located in Gulu, Uganda.
Khan showed musical interest at an early age, engaging in several community entertainment auditions, local drama, school competitions and other related activities. In 2016, this fascination with music eventually forced him to launch his own record label called "Hustlers Base Collaborations", in the same year, he recorded his very first single titled "Am Loving" but it didn't perform as he expected. Later in 2020, Khan Givas relaunched his career, releasing singles such as "Kiga Nation", "Ndeeba", "Gambaye Featuring Nohart", "On Fleek", "Jitambue" under his own record label "Hustlers Base Collaborations" on popular music streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube, among others.
