Damon Intrabartolo studied music composition at USC School of Music. Recent theater work includes bare: a pop opera (Winner, Best Musical: LA Weekly, Los Angeles Drama Critics, 2001 Ovation Awards, Backstage Garland Awards), Ann E. Wrecksick & the Odyssey of the Bulimic Orphans (Los Angeles Premiere, Summer 2003). Future musicals include "Plop" (Los Angeles Premiere Fall 2005). Damon is a founding member of Los Angeles based production group God Help! Productions. He is currently completing an opera based on the lives of Harvey Milk and Cleve Jones.
He began working in film music at the age of 20, where his orchestration/conducting credits include: X-Men 2, Gothika, The Usual Suspects, The Cable Guy, Snow White: A Tale of Terror, Halloween H20, Pumpkin, Bubble Boy, Trapped, Eight Legged Freaks and the 1999 Emmy-nominated score for ABC's "Fantasy Island". Damon also wrote two songs for the Urban Legends soundtrack. He composed the original score for Dustin Lance Black's award-winning film The Journey of Jared Price and can be seen in wide-angle-lens-glory in Mr. Black's documentary, On The Bus.- Additional Crew
