He is dropped off at a discrete location and meets with his boss, who gives him a new heist to embark on. The thief complains that he can't read the address and is subsequently beaten down and told to figure it out. The film cuts to him arriving at the instructed location, where he passes a mysterious man who is implied to be an individual or being known as "the Jabberwocky." The Jabberwocky watches the protagonist as he enters to location and the two grow suspicious of one another. The thief finds the object he was supposed to steal --a bottle of sauce-- and leaves the location in a hurry. When he tries to escape, he finds his getaway car missing and must proceed on foot. A chase ensues where the protagonist can't seem to shake the Jabberwocky. Eventually, the protagonist realizes that he has been running in circles, as revealed by the fact that he is approaching a tall building he had just run away from. He escapes to an alleyway, where the Jabberwocky is waiting for him. The Jabberwocky gives the protagonist a briefcase that he had forgotten at the location. The protagonist calls into reference "the Jabberwocky" to confirm whether or not the man was, in fact, him. The man appears confused, prompting the protagonist to leave. He returns to his boss, but does not approach him, and instead retreats to a spot far away to inspect the sauce. He opens it and finds nothing inside.
