- Dr. Nick Maggio, the inventor of Dermaplex, receives a summons to Chicago where he meets Rojin, the most powerful man in the Eastern Bloc. Fearing he will be ousted in favor of a younger man, the Chairman wants a face lift. Maggio agrees, but summons the Westins to act as his assistants in case of trouble. Once Dan and Kate arrive, the former does some snooping and learns that someone is trying to assassinate the Chairman. Dan, his face covered with gauze, takes Rojin's place in the hospital bed, making himself the next target.
- Fishermen on the Barbary Coast are paying protection money to The Shark, though no one seems to know who he is. Cable eyes a handful of suspects, arranging a boxing match to smoke out the Shark...a match that pits the champion against Cash.
- Defector Dr. Leon Barnard, Dan's former mentor, has grown dissatisfied with life behind the Iron Curtain, and it is up to the Klae Resource to bring him back to the US. But his daughter Anna, engaged to Russian officer Alexi Zartov and fully indoctrinated in Communism, ends up working against the Westins.

- The Cetacean finds an underwater forcefield, which shelters a race of air-breathers with a strange clicking language. Mr. Schubert forces the Clicks to mine crystals for him, but taking the crystals will cause the field to collapse and kill them all unless Mark can intervene.
- Robin and crew have to stop the Sheriff and Prince John from selling to an Ethiopian prince the beloved bell they have stolen from Nottingham Abbey.
- The KLAE Corporation is hired to prove that government employee Paula Simon is stealing government secrets. Kate goes undercover as Simon's new assistant, while Dan uses his invisibility to follow her. Simon turns out to have a photographic memory and types up important papers for an unknown blackmailer. But beware the red dot! Anyone on whom the red dot appears is mysteriously shot in broad daylight, and Dan may be next!
- When a load of rifles is hijacked, Cable has Cash put out the word that he know an interested buyer: Jeff in disguise. The plan is complicated by the arrival of a girl from both their pasts, who, with her new husband, is seeking to buy the guns herself for a proposed revolution in Tahiti.
- The Cetacean is called upon to recover a space probe that crashes in the sea, and Mark soon learns that the probe is covered with thousands of tiny alien beings. They intend to learn all they can about the human race by invading host bodies and controlling them. Mark must return them to space before they destroy all humanity.
- Speed Buggy and the kids are forced to parachute into a lost world of giant apes, one of whom takes a fancy to Speedy. But two evil scientists plan to enslave the gorillas and take over the continent. And Speedy's the bait to catch the ape.
- Strapped for cash from his many expensive bids for world domination, Schubert breeds an aggressive genetically-altered jellyfish ten feet across named Poobah, and uses it for blackmail purposes. When the creature attacks a swim meet, Mark must battle the jellyfish.
- Water levels are rising all over the Earth. Mr. Schubert offers to stop the disaster in exchange for Mark Harris, but it's the villain himself who is melting the world's ice caps with microwaves. Schubert agrees to stop the melt down if Mark will stay on of his own free will as a test subject, though his true plan is to flood the world and repopulate it with a new species of water-breathing men.
- When Margaret Carlson finds herself about to be replaced at the Harperville Bank by a computer, she turns to her only relative Walter for help. Her nephew must leave town, however, and the Westins invite Maggie to spend the night. She sneaks out in the night, followed by Dan, who tails her to a high-stakes poker game. The Westins confront Maggie, who admits that she tried to win enough money to retire, originally staking her game with funds "borrowed" from the bank. Now the Wesins must find a way to return the money to the bank before Maggie's indiscretions are made public, a plan complicated by a bank robbery.
- Walter is surprised in his office by an escaped mental patient named Pike who demands, at gunpoint, the secret of the KLAE Resource. Pike learned everything about the KLAE Corporation from his cell mate Morgan Klae, and stymies Walter's every attempt to set off a secret alarm. Dan, Kate, and Walter must somehow protect the secret of invisibility without setting off the dangerous madman.
- The plague has come to Nottingham and both Robin's and the Sheriff of Nottingham's men are stuck together in quarantine in the throne room of the palace until the disease runs its course. What will kill them first-the plague or each other?
- While investigating an underwater volcano, Mark is stricken with sudden pain in the shoulder. This is not the first time he's felt pain for no reason, and his instincts lead him to a deserted beach and, inexplicably, to a frontier town of the old west called Land's End. There he meets his identical twin, Billy, another water-breather who washed up on a beach with no knowledge of his true identity. Billy takes Mark's place aboard the Cetacean, leaving the Man from Atlantis to face the villains of Land's End.
- When Laurie Capas is kidnapped to prevent her father from testifying against the mob, only the Klae Resource can locate the girl without endangering her. Since Laurie is blind, she doesn't realize her rescuer is invisible, and Dan must lead his charge past dozens of guards to safety.
- Debbie's Aunt Belle is under attack by rival cattle rancher Beeffinger. When Tinker is captured by one of the rustler's helicopters, Speed Buggy must scale Buzzard's Butte, and the gang must form an impromptu cattle drive to save the ranch.
- Elizabeth is kidnapped, one of dozens of scientists held prisoner on the island of Felicitos, controlled by special mineral springs that render their victims completely happy and compliant. Dr. Smith is using them to build a rocket to take her away from our troubled planet in search of some better world, and Mark must find a way to counter the brain-washing and free the captives.
- When forgeries of great masters are discovered in the Capitol building, the Klae Resource is called in to break up a ring of art thieves. Kate must vamp a foreign ambassador to gain Dan access to a secret vault before the valuable paintings can be shipped out of the country.
- The owners of the Klae Corporation, siblings Carolyn, Julian, and Morgan Klae, arrive to oversee a meeting of the world's intellectual elite, and the Klae Resource is tapped to protect Carolyn, who has been receiving threats. As preparations for the meeting are being finalized, a group of phony caterers kidnap Carolyn Klae in what appears to be an inside job. Dan's attempt to rescue her is complicated by the fact that he's accused himself.
- Lionel Parks, a well-known recluse, has developed a process to quadruple the efficiency of fossil fuels, but instead of selling it to the US government, he auctions it to the highest bidder, which happens to be a Middle Eastern concern. The FBI doesn't believe Parks made the decision of his won free will, and enlists Dan and Kate to find the billionaire in his Las Vegas sanctuary.
- Ships are being damaged by an unknown agent hidden at a depth impossible for the Navy to reach, where the Cetacean finds an automated robot, the Mud Worm. It is programmed to crawl along the sea bottom collecting mineral samples, but was damaged, and now resists all efforts to approach it with deadly force. Mark manages to shut down the robot and haul it inside the Cetacean, but when it reactivates, it will destroy everything in its path in an effort to escape.
- King Richard must return home to England soon or lose the throne to Prince John. Meanwhile, Robin Hood's men suspect there is a double agent in their ranks. But which side is he really working for?
- The Merry Men put on trial the one they think is the traitor in their ranks. Robin Hood meanwhile has to stop the Sheriff from killing King Richard when he returns to England as the law requires or lose his throne.
- Robin and his men must stop mad inventor Otto Bahn from building the ultimate weapon for Prince John and the Sheriff that would destroy Sherwood Forest.
- The Four Guys from Gloucester, master woodsmen, have been hired by the Sheriff to chop down Sherwood Forest, so it can be replaced by a new housing development, Sherwood Meadows. Robin and his men have to convince the Guys to quit the job.
- The Sheriff hires the famous mercenary, the Black Knight, to challenge Robin Hood to a fight to the death. Robin accepts, despite being crippled by a recent wound. But the Sheriff has his own plans for the fight, no matter who wins.
