- The crew of the Lexx settles down in small town America, buying their first house in Prime Ridge. Stan finds himself with a mother and daughter who both try to seduce him; Kai needs more proto-blood and Xev is a stress counselor.
- The Lexx crew visits Transylvania in search of an unknown enemy. Their journey takes them to a sinister castle for a dinner hosted by Count Dracul. By evening's end all who remain are Xev, Stan, Kai and the three sexy goth girls.
- The reincarnation of The Divine Shadow is flawed. A series of events unfold, that cause the destruction of the Shadow's power and allow a group of accidental rebels to steal the most powerful weapon in the Universes, the Starship Lexx.
- Mantrid has almost succeeded in converting the entire universe into drone arms. The LEXX manages to escape by squeezing into the parallel dark universe - but Mantrid is on board.
- Kai and Xev fly to Prince's headquarters to try to bring back Stan. Kai descends into the core of Fire while 790 persuades Xev that the only way to recover Kai is to destroy the planets, which unleashes unforeseen consequences.
- The cleansing of the Cluster is complete and the birth of the Giga Shadow is progressing. These events are unknown to the crew of Lexx when they decide to journey to the Cluster for one last attempt to get the proto-blood Kai needs to continue his existence.
- Kai battles an oversized Lyekka who threatens to destroy the Earth. Kai is in trouble and his only savior is Stan, but Stan's infatuation for Lyekka causes him to hesitate to destroy the alien mother ship.
- President Priest and First Lady Bunny attempt to hijack the Lexx, but the Lexx crew narrowly intervenes saving the Earth, at least temporarily.
- Xev gets separated from Kai and hitches a ride with a Texan named Rooster. He and his lovesick lug-head friends vie for Xev's love. Kai's search for Xev leads him to a weird scientist who believes the Earth is in imminent danger.
- A strange plant invades Lexx and examines the sleeping crew It then draws on Stanley's dream of a childhood sweetheart and morphs itself into a likeness of the girl, Lyekka. Elsewhere the crew of the probe, Eagle 5 from Potatoho breaches the ion veil shrouding their planet and begins exploring the Universe. Stanley tries to understand Lyekka when he is interrupted by Lexx to warn of the approach of Eagle 5. Its crew comes aboard to make contact. Stanley, wanting to demonstrate Lexx's power accidentally blows up Eagle 5 forcing him to take the visitors home. While exploring the ship Bando is seduced and killed by Lyekka. Meanwhile the explorers their home planet is destroyed by Mantrid. Still hungry after her meal of Bando, she kills Boosh. This she is seen by Kai, who reports to Stanley. Lyekka steals the container of protein that's the remains of Zev, and then begins seducing the last remaining explorer. Rather than eat him, she combines his body with the protein from Zev to produce a new version of the Lexx's lost crew member. Overjoyed to see the return of Zev, agree to take Lyekka to a planet where her appetite can be satisfied.
- The gang visits Kai's dead homeworld as the planet's sun is going supernova and ends up caught in a death trap set by the insane hologram of the planet's last survivor known as the Poet Man who died there driven mad by loneliness.
- Lexx and the crew are running out of food resources. Desperate they visit what appears to be a garbage planet, but quickly become separated and under go a series of individual adventures in a culture thats basically cannibalistic.
- Xev is brought back to life by magical fairies. Oberon tries to convince Xev and Stan to marry him. Oberon's wife is heartbroken and turns Xev and Kai into "Stanleys" to confuse Oberon who is running out of time.
- Stan becomes the boss of the adult entertainment operation that Lyekka works for to get closer to her. She purposely brings Stan to sexual ecstasy causing the key to the Lexx to leave his body and pass into her.
- Stanley is tempted by a pleasure ship, however when he arrives he is arrested in a sting operation for crimes involving the death of billions of people. As the trial progresses Kai becomes concerned about the actions of the prosecutor and agrees to defend Stanley in a last ditch attempt to save him from the death sentence.
- "The King Tut" hotel is host to the Lexx crew. The excitement steps up a notch when Xev, having adopted the wrestling persona of Cleopatra, goes up against some of the hotels top women fighters.
- The crew of the Lexx answer a distress call only to discover the origins of the signal are from a crashed prison ship. 790 finds a cyborg and sets about modifying the creature to allow him to finally make love to Xev. Nothing goes to plan and the crew need to stop 790's experiment while trying to work out who were the prisoners and who were the guards on the crashed ship.
- In this first episode, the crew encounters Mantrid, the former Bio-Vizier for His Divine Shadow. Mantrid claims he is able to provide the proto-blood necessary for Kai's continued existence; but Mantrid, of course, has an ulterior motive.
- The LEXX crew is awakened after four thousand years of cryo-sleep to find their non-functioning ship caught in the orbit of a binary planet system. The crew is soon drawn into the never-ending war between the two planets.
- Stan and Kai search for Xev and find her footsteps crossing the inhospitable surface of the planet Fire. Her tracks lead to Girltown. Queen develops a strong interest in Stan, but his needs and hers turn out to be very different.
- The crew of the Lexx rescues the crew of "The Comet". At first the humans are grateful to be saved from a life in space forever, but their tune changes when they realize the power of the Lexx.
- Kai is woken from stasis but something goes wrong and injures Stanley. To save his life he's put into stasis, after passing control of Lexx to Zev. She seeks out a medical facility and after some unusual negotiations, gets treatment for The doctors are successful, and take an interest in Kai as a potential threat to their wider plans. The attending surgeon, Doctor Kazan attempts to wrest control of Lexx from Zev. Although warned of potential issues, Kazan electrocutes Zev to the point of death assuming she will transfer Lexx to him. The plan backfires and Zev morphs into a strange snake like creature before killing all the medical staff. She then sets off to rescue Kai who is at the point of being reduced to sub atomic particles. She pushes Kai out of the way of the death beam but is destroyed herself, reverting the control of Lexx back to a now healthy Stanley with her dying breath. As the Lexx leaves the facility we see the escape pod Mantrid survived in arrive and destroy the station.
- Lyekka comes on board the Lexx to convince the crew not to destroy her ship. The seed is planted - if they destroy her ship, she will perish.
- The carrot probes have come to Earth to sample the human cuisine. Prince joins forces with the crew of the Lexx to destroy the alien mother ship that is commanding the probes.
- The crew of the Lexx encounters an automated TV production facility that makes game shows about people competing in game shows. Each is given a part in a program and their success is linked directly to the ratings the show can produce. Everyone has fun till they discover the consequences of having your show canceled
- The crew finds the nearest available potential food source - a little blue planet. Prince, in his new earthly form, fears Xev, Kai and Stan believing they are hostile. To discard his fears, Prince sends Cobra to eliminate them.
- Gubby Mok is the operator of the Narcolounger, a device that allows you - for a small fee- to enter your own dreams. Stanley takes a ride but his dream becomes a nightmare when Giggerota, the cannibal woman, makes an appearance.
- 790 tells the crew that Xev will die in 79 hours because, as a love slave, she has an expiration date. They must travel to the planet Woz to locate a prototype of the Lusticon (the machine which transforms women into love slaves) to give Xev more time.
- The crew joins forces with an aging rock star Uther and their attempt to travel far from the Earth is thwarted since the Lexx no longer responds to Stan's commands. Kai and Stan destroy Vlad, only to discover Xev's body.
- The crew of the Lexx come across a group of teenagers in suspended animation. Taking them on board, tension quickly rises as the crew and the teenagers clash over various lifestyle issues.
- Finding Stanley unconscious on the bridge, the crew seek medical help on an ugly little planet, Ruuma. Once there, Stanley recovers, only to learn that Ruuma's life giving qualities also give life to the long dead bodies of former Divine Shadows.
- Sexual tension is high on the Lexx till the crew encounters a damaged space transport carrying class 13 bio materials. Infected survivors of the transport make it onto the Lexx bringing with them a virus that triggers gender reversal with anything it encounters. Everyone has a steep learning curve as they adapt to their new sexual roles
- On board Lexx, a transmission is received advertising a pleasure ship, the Luvliner. Stanley and Xev decide to have some R&R, however, when they arrive, they discover they need to pay for services. Stanley decides to use the power of Lexx to convince the owner to offer some free samples. The crew begins to enjoy the services, and the owner contacts an associate with plans to steal the Lexx. Things are not as they seem onboard the Luvliner, and the crew tries to make the best of a bad situation. Later, the other criminals arrive and capture the crew of the Lexx. The space craft performs a series of tasks including firing Kai's body into the sun, which is when the gang decides to rape Xev. Tweedle rebels and throwing the Lexx into a series of maneuvers allows Kai to rejoin the ship and dispose of the criminals.
- Stanley is concerned someone else is on the Lexx and his suspicions are confirmed when a family of cannibalistic Golleans reveal themselves to the crew. The father of the family forces Stanley to fly Lexx back to his home planet of Vermal. The father then tries to marry his daughter to Stanley so he, as head of the clan, would be able to claim ownership of Lexx.
