- The band was at the forefront of jazz/rock fusion in the 70s and were formed by a former Miles Davis sideman, in this case the great Chick Corea. Return To Forever hit their commercial and artistic peak with a string of albums in the mid-seventies featuring the line-up of Chick Corea on keyboards, Stanley Clarke on bass, Al Di Meola on guitar and Lenny White on drums. In 2008 this classic line-up reunited for their first tour in 25 years and proved that their musicianship and the chemistry within the band were as strong as ever. This concert was filmed at Montreux in July 2008 with the bonus tracks being filmed in Clearwater, Florida later the same month. After a quarter century apart, the core line-up of the jazz quartet Return to Forever--Chick Corea, Lenny White, Stanley Clark, and Al Di Meola--reunited for a world tour in 2008. This remarkable concert film captures the foursome on stage at Montreux, playing bewitching renditions of "Vulcan Worlds," "Sorceress," "Romantic Warrior," and many others.

The documentary mixes different video, film and animation formats in order to show a detailed vision of Tom Zé's personal musical universe, in which a guitar and a vacuum cleaner have the same melodic importance. In intimate interviews, he narrates different parts of his life and tells us about his musical debut in the early 60s, his downfall during the 70s and his 90s comeback. The film carries interviews with Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, David Byrne and others. Tom Zé, at his 70th anniversary, continues to produce highly original music.

- Captured here for the first time ever is the Jeff Healey Band's 1999 performance at Montreux. Featuring 10 songs from their set, the band (Healey, Joe Rockman on bass, Pat Rush guitar, and Tom Stephen on drums) whips the crowd into a frenzy with a high energy, minute blues jam. Included in this set are the show opening "My Little Girl", their cover The Doors "Roadhouse Blues" (featured in the movie "Roadhouse") and perhaps their well known song, "Angel Eyes", which was a Top 10 smash in the US in 1988. As a bonus, fans are treated to 4 tracks from their 1997 Montreux appearance at Stravinski Hall.
