They Have These Things Called Glasses
Petrine Sonne is so near-sighted -- take a moment for the old fans of Johnny Carson to ask "How near-sighted is she?" -- that she can't see a thing. Hahahaha.
That's it, three gags on that hilarious subject in two minutes. Why, yes, I am near-sighted myself. How do you come to ask?
What's astonishing about this very primitive comedy is that it's from Nordisk, which remains to this day the oldest continuously operating movie company. They were producing movies that used modern film grammar four years before this, and they still produced this antiquity better suited for 1899 that for ten years later? Amazing.
