Before the strong man goes on with his act he leaves Little Otto, his infant child with Props with the admonition that if anything happens to little Otto, the strong man will take Props apart to see what makes him go. Little Otto is a chip off the old block. He is as strong as Props and soon wriggles from his grasp. Props chases him to the street and just about has him when Otto grabs a stork which is passing by and which carries him off. Props jumps into an airplane and starts in pursuit. He catches up with the storks---but he is now one of a flock. each carrying a bundle which contains a baby. Props tries to pick out the right one and descends a rope ladder and grabs one, but it turns out to be a little [black] baby. The next one he gets is a [Jewish] child, and the third one is a lady. Then he locates little Otto but the storks keep passing the bundle back and forth with Props trying vainly to grab it. He finally gets Otto and falls with him into a lake, where his is slowly drowning when he wakes up---and finds the strong man sprinkling him with a watering can and ready to take him apart for neglecting little Otto.
