The film doesn't tell if he has parents or not or whether the owner of the plantation is related to him or not.Another seen you see this woman camping outdoors in Afrika and this man with her. Before you know it he's trying to raped her. One of the people of the plantation come to rescue her. It turn out she is engaged to the plantation owner,Gerda played by Ilsa Stobrawa. He introduces to her as the friend of her fiancé.He takes her back. The owner has come back from business,Peter Hell Hoff played by Sepp Wrist. all the workers and friends are up their to meet him including his British Friend, Robert Cresswell, played by Peter Voss. They have a surprise for him. He comes in and there is his Fiancé. later on that night they have the wedding. After the ceremony Robert dances with his fiancé.Everything is okay until Sepp receives a letter. That war has been declared and that all the men must report to the fort.Robert Cresswell now his enemy.Well at the fort all the wives and friends say good buy to their husbands and friend leaving for war. Sepp says good buy to Gerda and asks Klix to watch her and the plantation. We see two British higher ups making complaints about the war situation. It turns out that Sepp and the rest of the German troops are winning against the British.Sepp and his team later come home for a break. As he is eating with Gerda and Klix and the others. We see the British troops marching towards the plantation, headed by Robert Cresswell now the head of the British troop. Sepp and his team has to take off.As soon as they are gone , the British take over the plantation and haves the German flag removed at the protest of Gerda. She struggles to take it away from them then Robert tells them to let her keep it. Well Sipp and his team Steal some supplies form a truck being sent by Safari Fuhrer Charles Rallis , played by Arthur Reinhardt, They then explode the trucks as Sepps team takes the supplies. Rallis later reports to Robert what happened. Robert tries to get an answer to Gerta now in prison where Sepps is but she doesn't answer. Now Sepps and his men are in the desert dying for thirst So Aufseher Hammissi, played by lewis Brody, puts a message in a birds leg and has it flown to the plantation for help. One of the assistance gets the bird and takes the message to her about how they need water. She and Klix try to slip out of the plantation with the others to send them the water but Charles saw what was happening and told Robert. He sent his men after them shooting some of them and capturing Gerda and the rest sending them back. Klix was hiding in the Bushes shot in the waste. But he managed to Bring him the water before Klix dies. Sipps and his team make a sneak attack against the British at his plantation. Getting rid of some of the British and rescuing Gertie but not touching Robert. After they observe silents for Klix Grave they all leave at the sunrise as they continue to fight the British. This had propaganda but it was light. Slightly anti British but the Robert character would give in to Gerdas pleads. This was a low budget feature. In spite of that it was very good picture made during the third Reich.
