After a seemingly endless cycle of dish washing and an equally lengthy and confusing explanation to the ferocious Mrs Hardy about what has happened to the instalment payment for the furniture, Stan and Ollie head to the bank for a large money withdrawal. With Ollie's wallet crammed with cash, the boys inadvertently end up with a rather expensive piece of art--a tall and ornate grandfather clock--forcing the already furious wife to take drastic measures. Now, only a generous blood transfusion can help Ollie bounce back; however, is modern medicine prepared for the unforeseen outcome?
