In the first scene, as The Three Stooges' sketch rehearsals are again interrupted in their apartment by the noise from the apartment above them, to show their frustration, the three of them all throw their scripts down on the floor. The scripts remain on the floor as they exit. Later in the girls' apartment, after the Stooges become fast friends with the girls, the Stooges offer to show the girls the scene they had been working on. The Stooges then pull their scripts out of their pockets, even though the scripts had been left on the floor of their apartment.
During the stage show, the girl holding the middle flag has to lower it quickly, as it is blocking the wording on the third flag. In the next shot, all three flags are up.
Their performance of part of the sketch as an audition in the office of theatrical producer Manny Weeks stops dead when Curly steps backward (as he's supposed to do) and falls over a chair that he can't see behind him. A closeup shot of Curly follows, as he coyly waves his fingers and says, "I faw down!" In that closeup, he is lying on one hip. In the next shot (a medium shot), he's still on the floor but is lying on his other hip, with his legs in the opposite direction, as he is then helped to his feet.
In the beginning, Curly swings a bat backwards and hits only Moe in the face. However, Larry also grabs his face in pain even though the bat never comes near to hitting him.
The "Niagara Falls" routine is performed outdoors at the shipyards. The rest of the show however is performed indoors in a theatre.
Moe hits Larry and Curly with a very obvious rubber bat.
During the big show, after the girls fire the rifles and the flags drop, the shadow of the camera is seen as the camera dollies in towards the first flag.
During the "Niagara Falls" skit in front of the shipyard workers, Larry blows his line. The skit is supposed to start off with, "Slowly I turned, step by step, inch by inch", but Larry says "inch by inch" as the second line instead of "step by step", as Moe does.
Moe addresses Manny Weeks alternately as Mr. Manny and Mr. Weeks.
