Henry becomes a Boy Scout leader.
vikitoria23 April 2000
This is number seven in the Henry Aldrich series with Lydon. Henry becomes a mature young man.

Henry and Dizzy become Boy Scout leaders. Henry is enamored by Elyse Towers, and does his best to impress her. Unfortunately, a boy comes to town - the son of his father's friend - who is a brat. Darryl Hickman is the brat and does a good job of being the movie's troublemaker, Peter Kent. As a favor to his father, Henry allows Peter into his troop. When Henry and Dizzy go off to compete for the Scout's top honors, Peter causes more trouble than Henry could have. So much happens, and Henry being responsible, takes the blame for Peter.

This is another one of the better Henry Aldrich movies. Henry becomes a mature, young man and we see a side of Henry that is rare. This is a good movie to see with the troop, family and just about any group. It's team oriented, and touching.

Problem boy vs Henry Aldrich
jcholguin4 June 2001
Henry Aldrich is scout patrol leader for the town of Centerville. The plot involves Peter, a problem boy. Peter's rich father has decided that the influence of Henry, his family and the scouts will have a positive effect on his child, otherwise Peter goes to a school for problem boys. Peter loves to play practical tricks on people and the whimsical pranks prove downright dangerous at times. Peter joins the scouts and sets out to sabotage the town's chances of winning the TRI STATE REGIONAL CAMPORAL competition. Can Henry redeem Peter or will Peter derail Centerville's chances? A dangerous climactic ending answers all the questions.

An absorbing and totally heart warming tail of boys and honor. One of the best of the entries in the Henry Aldrich series.
