Because of Robert Mitchum's subsequent fame, this film was reissued under a different title, "And So They Were Married" with Mitchum receiving top billing, although he was originally billed eighth and his part was quite small.
The epilogue takes place in 1949 and features Alan Dinehart, who died a month after the film's release.
The only theatrical movie (that was not a ten-twelve minute short) of Billy 'Froggy' Laughlin's acting career. Laughlin's other appearances were in 29 of the final 35 "Our Gang" shorts. The humorous group of kid actors and actresses later became known as "The Little Rascals" when the shorts were re-released to theaters and syndicated for television.
