When Linda and Carey are in Carlton's office and it cuts to a close-up of two suitcases containing various stickers all over them; the larger of the two is positioned behind a chair. But on a following cut when Linda picks up the suitcases; the larger suitcase is now positioned on the side of the chair and the sides of the suitcase that faces the camera have also changed.
When Carey first sits down on the couch during their first evening at her place, in the long shot there is six inches of space between him and Linda. But, in the next close-up shot he is sitting right up against her.
When Linda cuddles up to Carey while reading in the sleigh wagon, her coat's hood is covering her head. But on the cut following the closeup of his shoe, the hood is now off her head.
When Linda is sitting on the sofa in Carton's office and talking to Carey, she has both her hands on her lap. But following the quick cutaway to the suitcases, she is now sitting in a different position with her right hand on the top of the sofa's back.
When Linda is sitting on the sofa in Carton's office and talking to Carey, she scoops over and positions herself shoulder to shoulder with Carey with her back resting flat on the rear sofa cushions. But on the next cut quickly thereafter when Carey stands up, she is now sitting on a perpendicular angle with only her right hand resting on the cushions.
When Boo answers the telephone next to the staircase, she nods, then shakes her head, without uttering word. She then states it was a wrong number, but obviously, the caller never heard any response from her.
When Carey rhetorically asks Linda if she knows who his new boss is, he grimaces before receiving her response which was "No, Who". On the following cut when he reveals the answer, there is a closeup of Carey as he grimaces again waiting for her reaction. This indicates that the grimace was supposed to be motivated by his anxiety as to what her reaction was going to be. There was no need for two grimaces therefore the first grimace was a character mistake.
