The billboard in the background in the scene where Bugs hitches a ride says, "TRY FRIZ/THE WONDER SOAP/AT EVERY GROCER'S." (Friz Freleng directed this short.)
The marquee says Anthony Adverse (1936), which is a real Warner Brothers movie, but from 1936. The posters are for more dubious productions: Backwash with Peter Burness and Hopalong Shapiro.
