SLOW START BUT THEN HILARIOUS
J. Steed18 October 1999
This is the 4th comedy in which under the direction of E.W. Emo the comic talents of Theo Lingen, Hans Moser and Heinz Rühmann are combined. This one has a slow start but gradually this comedy becomes more and more hilarious. The slow start is mainly due to Hans Moser who surely is not at his best here and probably did not feel too well in the part of a school teacher. But still there is much to laugh about; well-thought out script with very witty dialogue by Karl Farkas and a turn in the plot almost every second. Emo did not have to do more than properly stage and pace the film and he is good at it.

Good supporting cast with Annie Rosar, Nadja Tiller and Fritz Heller all three excellent.
