Adrian Hoven and Gunther Philips are a reporter and photographer who are assigned by their boss, played by Christl Mardyn , check a sanitarium that has offer a program for couples who are having trouble with their marriage. Gunthers , wife friend and singer and model,played by Margit Saad, is very jealous .So Gunther disguises himself as famous french psycho analyst , Adrian disguises himself as a married man with problems. Christls daughter ,played by Maria Elmo, Begs her mother if she can play the wife , Her mother agrees. The clinic is run by Paul Horbinger and Hans Moser. You see different couples coming to them with their problems. One the husband complains about his wife's obsession with animals. She just has too many pets, the Frau played by Annie Rosar.Margit Saad does a dance number. Adrian Hoven and Gunther Philip's sings the title song.So Adrian and Maria come in their pretending to have problems so that they can make the report about it, so off he goes to the boys room and she goes to the girls room for separate therapy. Gunther comes in as a pretense psycho analyst who speaks french duping Moser and Horbinger.So he comes in taking different pictures of the patient through a camera disguised as a book. Both Adrian and maria go through the separate therapy and report at the clinic bathroom at night to compare notes. Gunther sneaks in the bathroom to take the notes back and has already been doing some photo. There's a scene where at his apartment Gunther is doing a fashion model assignment and his wife comes in and gets real jealous and the models laugh at her as they leave, when she tries to drink Gunther cognac when she's up set in a chemical bottle where he keeps it,he's a cognac addict,she drinks film processing fluid instead.Later Hans shows Adrian hows he's trying to cure an alcoholic by allowing him to drink as much as he can. He give Annie therapy for her problem by putting too many animals in her room. There's a scenes where Adrian and Gunther almost get caught in the bathroom by Hans so Gunther quickly goes in the shower, turned on , to hide until Adrian and Hans leave.He sneaks out wet.Well it turns out that Gunther before Maria and Adrian could leave the Sanitarium prints the article. the patients find out and they are furious when they see themselves in the news paper. The real French analysis comes in and that's when Horbinger and Hans smells a rat.So they start to check every body and they get suspicious of Elmo and Hoven so they put them in one single room to force them to sleep together. They are trapped until Gunther comes back in the other window. They jump on him for telling it to early. Both maria and Elmo sleeps separately in the same room. Paul Horbinger goes to the news paper to talk to the head about this. It turns out that Christl was his old sweetheart.They talk it over and she decides not to be sneaky.Paul and Moser let Adrian report openly about the clinic. It seems that many of the patients were cured . Annie hate animals now.Maria finds out that Margit wasn't Adrians girl friend at all. now she and Adrian can be together now.
