Franco Fabrizi gets out of prison, goes home to his mother and wife, Silvana Pampanini. He immediately starts coming up with 'business ideas', which center on raising 350,000 lire. First he gets his three friends to quit their jobs, and then.... well, his schemes range from scalping tickets on downward, as they demonstrate there's no one as easily taken as a smart guy.
