The boxes of supplies in the nurses' tent have "Medical Corp" stenciled on them. The correct term is "Medical Corps"
The enemy (Chinese troops?) attack the disabled tank front-on with only rifles or sub-machine guns. Given the lack of infantry support for the tank, the enemy troops would have been able to co-ordinate an attack using grenades to disable the tracks and the flame-thrower from the rear.
If a tank was out of ammunition for its main gun, it would have returned for re-supply, not continue its advance.
The tank is operating solo. In reality, it would be accompanied by other tanks, as well as infantry as it would be supporting them operationally.
