Using intimidation, superstition, and false prophecies, the evil witch-doctor, Futa, terrorises the peaceful neighbouring tribe of the Nagasu to usurp the throne. Now, as Futa turns his followers against Dr Sturdy and Dr Warwick, the white doctors of the local hospital, Tarzan decides to take matters into his own hands and thwart the ruthless magician's plans. However, with Jane's life hanging by a thread, and the Nagasu chieftain gravely ill, things take a dangerous turn. Indeed, this life-or-death situation calls for immediate action; however, Tarzan, too, is fighting for his life. Will Tarzan, the powerful lord of the jungle, spend the rest of his life in captivity?
